On July 25, 2024, I paid 2FixYourTrafficTicket $101.92 to prepare documents for a trial by declaration for a cellphone ticket I received. The ticket wasnt dismissed, per their 100% money back guarantee I wanted a refund. On August 28, 2024, I submitted a copy of the court document indicating I was found guilty and requested a refund. On August 30, 3024, they emailed stating they were going to process my refund. On September 11, 2024, I contacted them by email because I had yet to receive my refund. On September 13, 2024, they emailed stating they apologize for the inconvenience, they would reprocess my refund and to please check with your credit card company within ***** hours and the refund should appear. On September 25, 2025, I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the full amount charged and received a provisional credit. 2FixYourTrafficTicket told my credit card company I wasnt entitled to a refund so my credit card company reversed the credit. I reached out to 2FixYourTrafficTicket via email and demanded the full payment and they responded with Im only entitled to $49 per their money back guarantee back. In August $49 would have been an acceptable, however, this is October and they havent honored their own guarantee, simply wasted my time going back and forth with them and my credit card company. I have yet to receive any amount of refund now I want all the money I paid to them for deceptive business practices.Business Response

I paid for the attempted ticket dismissal and they have a money back guarantee no their website stating if they don't get your ticket dismissed then they give you a refund. I paid service on 10/23/2023 and got the paper work back in march ******************************************************************************************************************************* April stating they had refunded and they will look into and do again. I have got no other correspondence from them. Their 877 number is only messages and you can't get thru to anyone and I have left messages and never gotten a call back. I want the guarantee followed and refunded like they promise.Business Response

They have not communicated how much the refund was?
The last 4 of the credit card that was refunded?
The date at which they refunded the amount?
I have attached emails and documents and the company hasn't included any documentation of what they "Say" they did.
This is the same thing I have been told for 3 months now and instead of resolving the issue they are being vague and unresponsive.

I am rejecting this response because: You never refunded the money that you guaranteed, I paid your company, then lost with the court, had to pay that and you didn't stick to your promise and actual guarantee. I have contacted your company over a dozen times and you promised a full money back guarantee on your website and then just play games, don't refund money and pretend like you refund the money. I have checked the credit card statement over the last 12 months and no returns. This is your companies game to get people to pay for your service when we see the money back guarantee if we loose and then you just never refund people...you responses stating you refunded money with out proof is just another way of your company beatinging around the ****...you have responded with thst same respond reapeatedly pn the BBB website and aldo more then 2 or 3 **** on emails to me and never provided proof. Your actions are designed to have customers give up and not pursue their refund...I will.not give up and your company responding to this message with the general response of " we refunded what the agreement is" is a bogus and non backed statement. Either show the refund proof on my card thst belongs to me or refund my money and stop playing games..your company is one of the most unethical and false advertising companies I have ever dealt with....what a shame and waste of time!

Hello, I contracted ********************* in March of 2023 to help me with a speeding ticket. Within in a few hours of contracting them, I emailed them to let them know I was going to be traveling, and to ask if that would be okay. They said it was fine, and they would still be able to help me. Then, they sent me a form that I needed to send to the court, along with a check or money order to pay my ticket. I am abroad, and I don't have my checkbook or access to money orders. I have asked them any other alternatives, but they have refused to help me, and they refuse to give me a refund because they have not provided me with a service that helps resolve my traffic ticket in any way. I am convinced that they do not care at all about their clients. They do not even answer the phone when anyone calls them. We care very much about this client and his needs, and we care about all our clients. We have many clients that use our service while out of state or out of the country because the process we provide is fighting your citation via mail so of course our service is perfect for that situation. We cannot control if someone is traveling. If that is the case, then they should account for that. We cannot mail the document to the court, it needs to be executed (signed) by the client and this is detailed at great length on our website in the How it Works page. The client executed the User Agreement when signing up for our service that set forth as follows:
"Explanation of Service: Upon purchase and the payment of our fees for the preparation of the trial by written declaration we will prepare and provide you with all the completed documents for you to file a trial by written declaration with the court, according to your choice of delivery, in a timely manner. All statements and documents are prepared by us based on information provided to us by you in accordance to your direction. Client is responsible for all contact with the court including but not limited to, appearing for arraignment (if required), asking for extensions, entering a plea, requesting trial by written declaration or in person trial, paying all traffic fines and/or traffic bails on time, submitting documents to the court and appearing in court. It is the responsibility of Client to keep track of and meet all deadlines. The Client is responsible to submit the trial by written declaration to the court along with the bail amount in full prior to the due date as set forth by the court."

I bought this because it had a money back guarantee if it did not work. I did not get paperwork back from the court showing anything, and the company is refusing to refund me because I didn't send the paperwork THAT I NEVER GOT to them within a 30 day time frame. I don't know how I am supposed to give them something that I never received, and I had to go pay another copy of the paperwork that was lost in the mail.They also initially told me they would give me a refund if it was 30 days from the date of service, but it was never served. Now they are changing what they told me to say that it has to be 30 days from the decision, not the service.Business Response

This client sent her notice of decision to us on March 16,2023. It was dated from the court 1/17/23. We do have a money back refund policy, however, we have one simple rule, we require the notice from the court within 30 days of the date posted from the court. She had 30 days up until February 17, 2023 to request the refund. This is detailed at great length on our website and on our money back policy. It is a very simple refund policy we just require within 30 days. We did email her several times providing her with the exact verbiage of the money back guarantee. I am very sorry that the client feels this way, however, our money back is actually very generous and easy to complete. We do provide a grace ****** but this client's production was so tardy that we could not confirm with the court so we cannot process of the refund. I was trying to fight for a traffic ticket and found the service from this website with "100% money back guarantee". I paid $99 for disputing the ticket in 09/04/2021, and received sample dispute letter from them the next day -- no problem. Unfortunately, the court made the decision in 07/29/2022, still charged me guilty.
-- In 08/08/2022, I sent the court letter to them, asking for a refund. They replied in 08/09/2022, promised a refund. However, it did not really happen.
-- in 09/11/2022, I asked again about the status, they mentioned it took ~10 business days, although it already passed that time.
-- In 09/22/2022, I sent the 3rd email, no response.
-- In 09/23/2022, I sent the 4th email, stating "I will leave feedback and report to *** and other review site". I got a reply immediate "refund has been processed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for refund to show on your credit card". I still did not happen.
-- In 10/02/2022, I sent my last email, no response.

I doubt if they ever refund anyone? It seems to be a trick to promise refund and hopefully people will simply forget about it. so please be cautious of using their service!Business Response

I placed an order on July 11, 2022 and received a prompt response which was awesome. The argument seems a little short, didn't make much sense to me (I believe that I am a safe driver and I always follow all the rules of the road. I would never intentionally endanger my life or the lives of others. I contend that I was wrongly accused of this violation as I am a law-abiding driver and take all laws very seriously including traffic safety laws.
If this case is not dismissed, even though I contend that I believe that I am not guilty of this violation, if eligible, I hereby respectfully request permission to attend a court approved traffic violator school) but I'm not a lawyer. I submitted my documents to the courts and was still found guilty on 8/26/2022. However, the problem occurs after receiving the notice. I have sent 3 emails since 8/31/2022 and made 5 calls to customer service and was unable to reach anyone. No replies have been sent to me regarding the refund they stated. With regard to the trial by written declaration that we prepared for her and its contents, we can only prepare as the client directs us to do so. During the sign-up process, when asked the question, do you think the electronic device ******* used by the officer detected the speed of your vehicle correctly? She responded "yes" well this basically puts us in a situation where we must prepare her document in a certain basic way as directed by her. Not much we can do with that answer.
