    Never got my guaranteed money back I havent been dismissed and following all their instructions I submitted the reimbursement request.They got back to me twice alleging the reimbursement had been processed but I found no trace on my credit card.I asked more clarification via email and left a voicemail but they never interacted since. I decided to have BBB involved in the matters. Fingers crossed.Very bad customer service and absent communications unless is to attract the customer.

    This terrible website never refunded me after my traffic ticket was not dismissed even though my money was "guaranteed to be refunded if the traffic violation was not dismissed. I emailed them several times explaining I have not gotten my money back and no one has responded. Terrible service and the employees are extremely unhelpful despite my patience and respect.
