    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Preserve Gold regarding a recent transaction I made on March 20th, 2023, for the purchase of silver bullion. I am dissatisfied with the company's handling of the transaction and lack of response to my concerns.Here are the key points of my complaint:Transaction Details:Date: March 20th, 2023 Amount Paid: $100,816.14 Product: Silver Bullion Promised Value: Preserve Gold promised to provide $100,000 worth of silver.Discrepancy in Shipping Charges:Despite promises made by Preserve Gold and information on their website indicating free shipping, I was charged an additional $816.14 for shipping.Price Matching Promise:Preserve Gold also promised to match any competitor's price.However, upon ordering silver bullion from another company, I discovered a $10,200 difference between Preserve Gold's price and the competitor's price.Delayed Delivery:I received the silver from Preserve Gold on April 25th, 2023, which is 36 days after the initial order date.This is in contrast to Preserve Gold's claim that their metals ship within a week of purchase.Despite multiple attempts to contact Preserve Gold and resolve the issue, the company has ignored my messages and failed to provide any form of resolution.I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service exhibited by **********************. As a consumer, I feel misled and taken advantage of by the company's false advertising, pricing discrepancies, and delayed delivery.Therefore, I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter and find a resolution. I request that Preserve Gold be held accountable for their actions and that appropriate measures be taken to rectify the situation, whether through refunding the erroneous shipping charges.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will act swiftly and diligently in addressing my concerns and ensuring fair and ethical business practices.
