      Possibly THE WORST customer service experience ever. As others have mentioned, they rarely answer and when they do, are super rude (not to mention unhelpful). Fortunately ** allowed me to schedule with a different service companythat one occurred without issue.

      Zero stars. I made an appointment through ********** warranty link and was told they would be here 2/26 between 8 and noon. They called to confirm the appointment and I missed the call. I called the number right back and was informed that they couldn't help me. Why would they leave a call back number to someone who can't help you. They should give you a number to someone who can help you.Then on the morning of the appointment they call me and say that the appointment wasn't confirmed and the earliest they can come out is next Thursday. So I have to wait a whole week more to get my washer and range oven fixed.This place needs to be shut down for good. **************** with them is a joke. I don't know why ********** contracts out to them. Biggest mistake ever.

      The worst experience ever!!!Tekniton was subcontracted by ******* to come and fix the ice machine on my ******* smart refrigerator. It took them 5!!! Attempts to repair the ice machine and each time the repair man blamed the company for not giving him the correct part. Each time the repairman came, he would leave the refrigerator open the entire time while trying to fix the ice machine. When they finally fix the ice machine my refrigerator stopped cooling which caused all of my food to spoil and my wife and I actually ended up getting sick because we have eaten spoiled food. We have eaten spoiled food. They destroyed a $3k refrigerator and haven't offered to fix or replace it.

      If I could give no stars, or shut down this business I would. They are more worthless than t**** on a bull. They were supposedly going to fix my tv. They claimed to have gotten the part & after waiting weeks 8 had to call ******* to replace my TV because it was taking so long. Tekniton called me the following day to tell me my TV had been repaired. I find it odd seeing as how this was the following day. They never even touched my TV. It was literally in the same exact spot I had dropped it off weeks before. They outright lied. This place is ran by what I could only assume are the laziest people on the planet. They have the worst customer service I have had around here & honestly, if they had to get their own work, they would probably starve to death from the lack of business they would get from their own merits.

      **** is in the *********, ** office....I spoke to **** earlier today regarding an ongoing leaking dishwasher problem that was diagnosed in August, 2023 by two separate trips involving Tekniton technicians who confirmed that it was missing pieces or caps from when the dishwasher was installed over a year ago May 2022. Let me say that in over the last 5 months and over 50 emails with ******* escalating to tier 3, emailing the president of ******* and all the vice presidents of ******* that I could find email addresses for. ******* liability, discussions with *******s official parts department Encompass on two separate occasions, no one and I mean no one has been able to help me and provide me with the missing parts to stop the dishwasher from leaking. I even made trips to ********** and Lowes asking to look at their dishwashers to see what parts were missing they knew it was a plug, but couldnt give me any more information. **** took the time to pull up the ***************************************************** the part number a $6 part number that in the long run will save me thousands of dollars as the hardwood floor was starting to buckle in front of the brand new dishwasher that I purchased in May 2022. You have no idea over the last five months of trying to deal with ******* over this simple issue with a $6 plug that not even their parts department could answer for me.Please give **** a raise or some type of recognition because this has been a nightmare, and she went out of her way to help me.

      Horrible Horrible Horrible! Never answer their phones and if they do, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were a no show/no call AGAIN - this time saying they couldn't get ahold of their tech. I had to call numerous times for them to tell me that. They said they didn't know when I could be rescheduled because they are busy. With all the bad reviews everywhere, how is this company even still in business???Worst company ever!!!!!!! Completely avoid them!!

      No stars. ******* had these crooks come out on a warranty call for my ice maker. Tech replaced ice maker . Nit only would it not work but the refrigerator and freezer stopped working also.. called them back and was told they couldn't get anyone out until 4 days. This is on something they broke mind you .asked if they are going to pay to replace my food o lost the customer service lady hung up the phone. And will not answer my calls anymore.

      I was referred to them on two separate occasions thru ******* for warranty repair and the first time was charged 100$ for them to tell me a lie about the temperature freezing my refrigerator. Then called again for ******* to repair my defaulted Icemaker and received a call saying ******* will not fix the Icemaker because they tagged my refrigerator as C*** when tried to explain what ******* explained to me to let the company know he hung up in my face.

      If I can rate then a zero I would. This is the worst company Ive ever had to encounter, no one at the company takes accountability for anything that needs to happen. I routinely have been lied to about people being out of the office and are in fact actually there. I have been hung up on and treated unjustly for no reason. Talked over when trying to explain the problem and the ask. No empathy from any of the workers and given incorrect information several times. Ive been trying to get my washer replaced under warranty through ******* and this is the service company they sent out. Theyre not giving ******* the info theyre asking for in the correct manner delaying our replacement because they arent able to get in touch with their technician. This is the worst company Ive ever worked with, please choose not to work with this company!

      If I could give this company zero stars I would! A manager will not call a customer back when the parts Come in defective and they state the part will be over nighted. When they aren't overnighted as promised they do not call you to tell you this information. When they have the part come in the wrong part was ordered. customer service claims that they have no way to reach a manager and continually give the run around. Stay away from this company at all cost, they are incompetent, especially the customer service and management!
