In May 2021, BBB opened an investigation on Federal Pets Express, an online pet transportation service. The investigation was prompted by a Scam Tracker report BBB received indicating that Federal Pets Express and their website, www.federalpetsexpress.com, have been used in connection with an online "Puppy Scam."

Additionally, BBB has been unable to locate any business registrations for Federal Pets Express authorizing the company to conduct business. BBB urges caution when engaging in business with a company that you cannot verify registration.
Lastly, the website is advertising a partial address or an address that cannot be verified. BBB urges caution when engaging in business with a company that you cannot verify the address. BBB also found that the website was created in April of 2021 and urge caution for websites that are recently created.
