      HIRED ***** TO CHANGE OUT THE MAIN FUSE PANEL ON A RENTAL HOME WE JUST PURCHASED. WHEN WE ORIGINALLY SPOKE TO ***** ON/AROUND JANUARY 15, 2023 HE SAID 2-3 WEEKS FOR SCE TO COME SHUT POWER OFF SO HE COULD CHANGE THE PANEL OUT. WE PAID ***** A $1500 DOWN PAYMENT AND BALANCE TO BE PAID UPON COMPLETION OF WORK.
      WELL 3-4 WEEKS WENT BY WITHOUT HEARING ANYTHING FROM *****. NEVER ONCE CALLED TO UPDATE US ON STATUS OF OUR INSTALLATION. THE ONLY TIME I EVER HEARD FROM HIM WAS IF WE CALLED AND HE CALLED US BACK. WHEN I SPOKE TO ***** IN MARCH I EXPLAINED ONCE AGAIN WE NEED TO GET THE HOUSE DONE SO WE CAN GET IT RENTED OUT. HE IS NOW TELLING US IT IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 4-6 WEEKS BEFORE EDISON COULD GET OUT THE TO SHUT OFF THE POWER WHICH NOW PUTS US TO APRIL 15TH. I EXPLAINED AGAIN AND PLEADED WITH HIM TO HELP US AND SEE IF WE COULD COME UP WITH ANOTHER SOLUTION AS WE COULD NOT WAIT ANOTHER 4-6 WEEKS. OUR PLEAS FELL ON DEAF EARS. WE HAVE NOW LOST TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN *****'S ABILITY TO GET THE JOB DONE SO WE HIRED ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN AND FIRED *****. NOT WANTING TO RIP HIM OFF IN ANY WAY I EXPLAINED TO HIM KEEP WHATEVER MONEY THE PERMITS COST AND A COUPLE OF HOURS OF YOUR TIME FOR HIS TROUBLES AND REFUND US A PORTION OF OUR MONEY BACK AS WE NO LONGER FELT COMFORTABLE MOVING FORWARD WITH *****. HE AGRRED TO RETURN A PORTION OF OUR MONEY AND THEN HE NEVER DID. SPENT WEEKS CALLING FROM MY PHONE AND OTHER PHONE NUMBERS AND HE NEVER RETURNED CALLS. HE JUST SENT TEXTS COMPAINING ABOUT THE WAY HE PERCIEVED I SPOKE TO HIM BUT I ASK, PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES WE PAY YOU SOME MONEY AND THEN NEVER HEAR FROM HIM UNLESS WE CALLED HIM. IT TAKE ALMOST NO TIME AND COSTS NOTHING TO CALL A CLIENT AND UPDATE THEM ON WHERE WE'RE AT IN THE PROCESS AND NOTHING!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WANT 1/2 OF THE DOWN PAYMENT WE PAID HIM BACK WHICH IS $750.00
