    I purchased meat that was rotten. They refused to exchange items or swap with out a receipt. I attempted to call support to share my experience but only get the same treatment from ***** the customer service rep who informed me that operators can do what they want. I was concerned about the quality of the meats, and this person ripping off people by selling expired items. I was forced to dig through trash in order to receive my 13 dollars back! then walk back to store. I wont shop here again!

    Customer came in with cooked rack of ribs in a shopping bag and said they tasted bad.  He did not have a receipt or the original packaging.  Customer never came back with a receipt and did not receive any cash back from us.  Our policy states no returns without a receipt which is posted at the store and the bottom of the receipt.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    It was a un cooked steak not ribs and I did return you gave me the money.  Your company is having such a problem with this issue of rancid products  you can’t decipher one customer from another. I hope the health inspectors picks up the claim your business is a garbage can of horrible customer service and rotten products. Take the time to comprehend what your even talking about.

    Attached are the returns we have done for the total store from 8/1/22-8/30/22.  As you can see I have some of the lines highlighted.  The "unclassified" is either a No Receipt Return or an EBT Return.  There were zero meat returns done this way in the past month.  Also the rest of the returns have the receipt and the product stated as to what was returned.  The meat department had two products one 3 pound turkey chub (which had a hole in the packaging) and also one package of sausages (I am unaware why that return was completed).  I have also spoken with each manager and no one denied or spoke with a customer in regards to returning a steak.  
    As far as the rudeness and blanket threat in regards to the Health Department.  They have been to our establishment numerous times all which are not scheduled and we have received a Letter A each time.  We take our partnership with the Health Department serious and they are aware they are welcome to our store any time.
