    Subject: Concern Regarding Access to Restroom Facilities for Elderly Visitors when access was allowed previously **************** I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred recently at your establishment, which pertains to the access to restroom facilities for elderly visitors.On a previous visit my mother, who is elderly, visited your premises and required the use of the restroom. I was grateful to learn that one of your employees kindly accommodated her request and allowed her access. However, last night (3/8/24) another employee denied her access to the restroom despite her evident need and expressing our concern that she was going to pee her pants.I believe it is essential to ensure that all visitors, particularly those who are elderly or have special needs, are treated with dignity and provided with the necessary assistance when required. It is disheartening to hear that there was inconsistency in the treatment of my mother during her visits. After discussing this with a manager at the time, she informed us that they allow elderly into there restrooms, but since the employee was new, he didn't know the rule to be able to allow it, and my mother ended up peeing her pants. We were upset and my mother was embarrassed at what took place and when we expressed our concerns. We were banned from the store. I request that you review your policies and procedures regarding elderly access to facilities to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Training and education for your staff and sensitivity towards elderly visitors could also be beneficial. In addition to how they treat someone that *** have an auto immune disease that *** sound like they have been "drinking" as stated by the employee. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you plan to take to address this issue.Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,********
