    My experience with the wedding seamstress was horrible. Every time I went in, the front desk made it a point to tell me how busy they were and how they were triple booked. Not to mention, my dress looks way worse than when I brought it in. I feel like the business could not plan/ coordinate for a predictable busy season, and unfortunately, I was the customer who felt that burden; $ 950 later in alterations, I will not be wearing my dress. I could not be more disappointed at how bad my dress looked and how much I paid for such horrible customer service. Im extremely sad because of their inability to perform I am now scrambling to find a dress 3 days before my wedding. I would not let anyone walk out if my business was being represented this poorly. Do better.
