      You left us a different description of a review on ****** yesterday and we responded. Here is your review and our response to it:

      I Never use or recommend Denver Ducts Corp to anyone. Purchased PREMIUM plus package for $894 including furnace cleaning. They didnt bother to clean furnace discharge and it caused air circulation blockage , froze and stopped AC working. We lived Saturday Sunday with 85degree inside the house, technician who did the service, mentioned lives 5 minutes away from my house, didnt bother to reply my text on weekend. Monday I called the office and the specialist arrived, showed the furnace filter soaked; the ice melted.. he explained the reason as they did a very good cleaning, AC worked perfect and froze the system .:) He blamed the furnace filters quality , Ive been using them for many years. He recommend to replace the old furnace and gave me estimate deducting the service charge from total installation amount. I called other company to find out why the furnace and AC had no problem but after the service dont work, they explained about blockage. I couldnt trust them to replace the units, and other company did it with lower estimate than Denver Ducts offer.

      After your initial service with Denver Ducts Corp, you reported an issue with your AC not producing cold air. We responded promptly and sent our certified HVAC technician to your home. Upon inspection, our technician found that your furnace filter was soaked due to ice melting, which is indicative of a larger issue within the system. Our technician explained that this problem could be due to the age and condition of your furnace, and recommended a replacement.
      To assist you, we offered to deduct the cost of the initial service from the total replacement price. This offer was made in good faith to help you address the underlying problem and restore your system to proper working order.
      Your experience with another company seems to have influenced your judgment about our services. We stand by the integrity and professionalism of our technicians and their work. If you believe there was an error or oversight on our part, we would appreciate the opportunity to review the specifics of your case directly to ensure any genuine concerns are addressed properly.
      We strive to maintain high standards and build trust with all our clients. If there was indeed a misunderstanding or if another company provided conflicting information, we are willing to discuss this matter further to clarify and resolve any discrepancies.

      Our technician was ****** and he was awesome! Upon his arrival, ****** checked in with me to ask about any known issues or areas he should focus on. ****** was great about educating me on the vents and ducts, and what things were that he looked for. ****** brought a few unknown issues to my attention, and advised on what some options were to address them. I would recommend ****** and Denver Ducts Corp to anyone looking for excellent service and cleaner air in their home!

      I had Denver Ducts come out to clean my ducts and HVAC equipment. They do a wonderful job. ****** was very nice, respectful of my property, and kept me informed as to what is going on. He did a great job and would love to have ****** and Denver Ducts back again time I need the system cleaned and serviced. Thank you for the great service.

      Shout out to our service tech. Airfornia! We were greeted with kindness and Airfornia worked very hard, explaining things along the way. Our house felt clean once the service was completed.

      I was very please with Denver Ducts! The scheduling team helped explain the products offered and catered the job to what we needed done! Thank you ****! On the day of our appt Justice arrived on time and explained his process. He worked diligently go through the house and giving updates on his findings. He is a true professional and good communicator! We are really pleased with the job completed and the pricing! Thank you!

      Hired them for vent cleaning, was upsold on furnace cleaning for an additional $250. 2 months later, my furnace wasn't working because of dust/dirt. After 2 months of follow up with Denver Ducts, I was only refunded $100. Don't hire them.
