I took my car with this mechanic in August. And he had my car for a few months in . At first I took my car to him because it shook when it was stopped at a light, etc. He told me that he needed a tune up and that corrected the problem, he said that the cost of that was $650. After a week and a half, he called me and told me that he had put a microphone in my engine and a noise could be heard... he said that he had to see what it was, then he called me and told me that they were the lifters of the car, he charged me an additional $2500. . I paid them.. after he gave me the car, I told him that the car didn't feel right.. I returned it to him, he told me that one of the valves was also bad and he charged me $1,200 more in which I didn't just pay him all the money I gave him $700 dollars. And after that, when he handed me the car, It didn't feel well i even sent him a video of the car making a ticking noise , I told him several times and he told me that I had to drive it, i asked him for recipts as well and he never provided them .. so I took him to the delearship where I bought the car as i am still finnacing the car and they told me that the work he did was wrong. I told him that I wanted a refund and he told me that he had told me that he did not like the work he did on my car but that if he took it he would fix it for me... for the last time when he gave it to me The car did not reverse or change gears and after that he told me to take it to another mechanic because he was not going to do anything anymore... the transmission and lifters and several other things I had to put on my car to be able to fix it after taking it with the that mechanic i am now left with $11,000 in repaird which i have proof of but my proof is voice recording and i am not able to add it here but i have voice proof of him saying he put s wrong part in my car and he did not like the job he did on my car specially please please help me
