    The interview process and hiring process was very easy . The owner ******** was very professional and friendly based on her first appearance. Her office and staff assistant seemed very well mannered. Upon the interview ******** made it known that this was a woman friendly business and that the main goal was to support one another. On my second day at the job I quickly realized that one was not the case. Both girls I was working with always had something to say about the other cleaning teams and their work ethic. On top of that my biggest issue came from the job description saying one thing and that turning out not to be true. The job was pretty straight forward and in the job description it had specifically said that there would be four weeks of training and then your position at the job would be determined at the end of those four weeks. On the fifth day of the job I was let go and told I did not work fast and proficient enough for their standards. Even though my four weeks of training was not complete. The day I was let go the owner ******** told me to turn in all my uniforms and she would refund me the money for them. Which was great, but she failed to have my last paycheck at the time of letting me go. She told me that I would receive my paycheck through direct deposit three days after letting me go. Overall my best advice with this company is be careful if you choose to work here and make sure you can learn things relatively fast.

Unfortunately, as we discussed at the end of day 5 since you were still struggling to master the day 1 minimum basics, that this was not the right fit for you. We wish you the very best!
