    I love Edible Arrangements. I love gifting them and getting them. I've had nothing but great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent order a disappointment in comparison. I would not recommend ordering from this series of stores in **********. I placed an order for Saturday delivery. The business called the recipient one time on Saturday, but that recipient missed the call. No voicemail was left, and no other calls from Edible Arrangements were received. On Sunday, when no additional efforts from Edible Arrangements had been made to deliver this order, I completed an order status request online. By noon on Monday, neither I nor the recipient had heard anything from Edible Arrangements, so I called the store. I was told that they were busy making the orders for today's deliveries but that they would eventually get around to re-making my order and would try to deliver it later today. All of that sounds somewhat reasonable, but since no effort to communicate the delay or status had been made prior to my call, I was frustrated and indicated I thought some sort of compensation or refund at this point was appropriate. I was given an email address where I could request that. As I was emailing, the store called back and told me that a refund would be granted, and the order would be canceled. I am disappointed with this outcome, since I did intend the arrangement as a birthday gift. I'm sure the product they would have delivered would have been great, unfortunately their customer service was truly terrible.
