    I am trying to take a Home loan from my 401 (k) through ADP. My administrator submitted the documents I sent her. There are several issues with this process, which I list below.1. None of the customer service representatives could see the documents my plan administrator submitted.2. Over the last two weeks, I spoke to five representatives to find out how fast loans process so I can set a doable closing date on the house. I received five different answers, ranging from 2 to 7 business days.3. It takes between ***** minutes to get a representative on the phone.4. I called several representatives on 3-18-2024. One was disconnected from me and never called back; the others gave me information that was not true. One of the reps accepted my completed docs and said he escalated the loan request. The representative said I will receive my check on Monday the 24th. He also said the check would be processed on Thursday, June 20th, and sent on Friday. June 21st, I provided my *** number so I could send the check overnight. However, when I received a confirmation email, it said the check would be processed in 7-10 business days. I also asked for a supervisor who was not available the entire time.5. I called back, spoke to a new representative, and asked for a supervisor again. None were available again. Also, this representative informed me that my plan administrator did not complete the documents completely.6. I tried to reach a supervisor three times in four hours on four different calls. This is unacceptably poor customer service. I am supposedly scheduled for a supervisor callback on Thursday, June 20th. However, I cannot trust that will happen. No one seems to know what to do with home loans. Meanwhile, my closing date is in jeopardy, costing me money. I need a clear timeline.

    ADP Totalsource is a waste of time and money. I have been trying to access my 401k since April. To this day May 15 2024 it has yet to be resolved. The company stated to me to have a notarized letter sent with certain information on it to have my address in the system. IF I wanted it to be expedited to send said notarized letter overnighted. Me being a dumb consumer paid the overnight fee with the **** which it got delivered as promised and ADP Totalsource has YET TO PROCESS THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS. My **** Tracking number states it was delivered and signed for. Here we are 3 days after receiving the letter it has not been processed. Why pay for anything to be rushed if the receiving end (ADP Totalsource) does absolutely NOTHING with it. According to three different individuals it still shows it has not been scanned yet. Really this is the customer service you provide? It shows that this company absolutely does not care on how things gets processed or complaints get handled. They get paid and do the bare minimum. My next step will be going to social media and go public. I just wonder how many other people are having the same exact problem.
