    This is an ongoing service request. I had an appointment with the service provider for 8 Sep between **** and ****. I called to confirm the appointment. Contractor didn't show up until **** or so. I took the day out of the office to be home when I could've went into the office. He gets to my home and diagnoses the problem. He said he would be back in the morning around **** or ****. He didn't show up. I had a **** engagement to attend. I called him told him the situation and he said he could do it while I was gone. I returned over 2 hours later. He didn't show up. It is ****. I just called him before I wrote this. He said he would be here in 30 minutes.

    Very poor customer service! Completely unacceptable response times, a/c went out the hottest week of the year,parts were backordered for the next 3to 4 weeks! I had to purchase a new one and I was told that they were not going to reimburse me for the replacement cost because I didnt get their permission to replace my a/c! Been with them for almost 6 years, what loyalty. I feel like Ive been scammed!

    I have had this policy for over seven years in the seven years that I had supreme coverage through 210 homebuyers warranty. They have increased my monthly payment and decreased the number of services I have covered. It was not so bad seven years ago they replaced my dishwasher, my washer and a ceiling fan in my bedroom. No problem I needed my bedroom ceiling fan, replaced or repaired again and they denied me. My air conditioner broke in the summer of 2021 it took them over 40 days to replace the unit while I sat in my house sweating to death. They increased my monthly payment from $100-$120 yet I am getting less coverage this is a scam. This company has sent out companies to fix my toilet several times and they still havent gotten it right, $100 each visit. This is a scam. Do not, I repeat, do not join 2-10 home buyers warranty. This is a scam. Zero stars. Do not recommend. ***This BBB website is forcing me to leave a star but I would not even give that unless I had to.

    When I first signed on with this warranty company 2 years ago when purchasing our home.. they were great! Worked diligently to resolve your claims.. NOW I can honestly say the workers especially in claims management and purchasing departments are truly sad. They dont have ANY quality contractors in our area.. the ones that your claims are submitted to ..trash to simply put it..only 3 plumbers in our area. Bottom of the barrel contractors, professional appearances, are borderline pathetic. This warranty company would much rather throw money after money with the pathetic contractors that they do have signed with them that truly must have pulled their licenses off the internet illegally than to go with decent, highly rated companies. Sure you *** pay more and that cost *** even carry over to the customers.. I would rather pay a little more to have decent reparable contractors that are knowledgeable and highly skilled than to have low-life, lazy contractors come that can basically careless. Been dealing with our plumbing issues for 3 months September 3rd 2023.. to no avail. The representatives with **** are arrogant and have no common sense at all..if this isnt rectified sooner rather than later I will file complaints with the ******** Attorney Generals office(typical will get great results) , the Better Business Bureau are just a few avenues were sadly preparing to take against our home warranty company ****. Thanks for reading and please do your research before signing with any home warranty company.. unfortunately we didnt!!!!

    If I could Give zero stars I would, the amount of wait times and calls Ive had to deal with just to get my fridge repaired or replaced is outrageous. First they said theyll repair, then went back and said replace, then back to replacing. Again they stop all progress to fix it now after the 5th time theyll replace or offer ***** dollars, what the h*** kind of fridge can I buy with ***** dollars. What a joke and slap in the face!! Mind you we have a 3k fridge. Weve paid so much money to them in the last 5yrs they dont give a s*** So now its been 5 weeks and we still have no fridge. We have to go to the store every day to grab things for dinner. No school lunches to be made, no way to store our food nothing. Theyve offered us nothing but Im sorry and headaches. How can you let your customer go this long with no clarification. Im currently sitting on the hold for the 10th time and Im already at 55 minutes. I would Absolutely NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. What a waste of 5yrs worth of monthly payments. Family of 5 and have no Ice, no cold water, no simple fridge snacks, no food for them to grab after school and spending more money than needed to eat out and order a small grocery list EVERYDAY

    This warranty company is a scam. They don't care about their customers and only hire 2 star or less contractors. When their contractors are negligent resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs, they refuse to reimburse you the cost or only reimburse you very little. For example, their negligence costs you $16,000 they only want to or only give you a $1,000. They failed to diagnose and repair a leak in my home causing $16,000 worth of damage and were replacing parts on my AC system that weren't even the proper sizes or parts causing my AC to completely crash and having to be replaced costing just over $11,000 and are currently fighting to reimburse this even with solid proof it was due to negligence on their part. They want to keep the money you pay them in advance if they pay out more then they charge you when you ask for a cancellation or refund. Definitely would not recommend this warranty company as they are a scam artist. Not to mention you are ALWAYS on hold for an hour or more just to get to representative who also just gives you a run around and tell you to call multiple different numbers wasting your time.

    ******** claim and was told **** only has two plumbing contractors in my area and only one of them acepted my claim. He was given an 8 hour window to arrive 10 days after I filed a claim. He never showed up despite telling me he was on this way. I came to find out that this contractor, sole proprietor, is only 17yrs old. **** assured me they vet their contractors, make sure they are licensed and bonded. Age of majority in NE is 19 so I know for a fact this kid can't enter into a contract with ****, let alone get a bond on his own. This proves ****'s lack of due diligence vetting contractors. Not to mention it has been 13 days since I filed a claim for an upsatirs bathroom leaking into my basement and they still haven't got anyone out here to look at it. I tried to get my own contractor but **** told me they wont reimburse me if I do that. Apparently they have to keep me in limbo until THEY decide that I can hire my own contractor. The claim keeps going into dispatch and there's no one picking it up. Its very frustrating.

    30 year old water heaters leaking and ***** water - warranty did everything possible to not pay for a new one over the course of a year.. come home to find it overflowing near my circuit breaker .. 300 dollars later for an on call plumber visit I'm still fighting to get this ridiculous issue resolved.. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

    Paid extra to have washing machine covered. Washer started leaking. **** contacted the contractor who came out and assessed the problem. That was the last I heard from ****. Terrible.
