    This is the worst company ever should be shut down please ?? someone help us from this company All they do is lie and take your money ?? and go around in circles they are not going to fix anything terrible warranty total scam! Please someone shut them down call dateline anything this is ridiculous call the news on them the need to be reported and shut down now!!

    Shady company that uses shady contractors. My ac/heat pump was never fixed and when was quoted to replace an expensive component the claim was denied. Tricked me into canceling my service agreement after stating I would be refunded for the warranty months unused. When following up months later due to poor communication on their part I was told they wouldnt refund me for the unused 10 months of warranty because of the service trips they had made to my home already. Asked them to reinstate my warranty service agreement to which they stated they could not reinstate it because it had already been canceled. So my heat pump/ac is still not working right and they refuse to refund me my money.

    This is the worst HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. I WOULD HET BETTER RESULTS IF I JUST DO NOTHING and that is just what type of service I am getting. First of all every time you call you are waiting 45 minutes to hour(s) to get someone. The portal doesn't make a difference so count that out. I have had issues with my fridge that took months. Issues with my pool took them months to fix it was another season. My stove is the heartache and the headache. They send a company to evaluate the situation. First problem the tech was complain about his knees. Second he could not open the broil part of the stove. The Main part is he lied stating my stove was infested with roaches. I cook daily big meals.i have left my food on the stove in the oven and never seen roaches dead or alive. The other thing is when he pulled the stove from the wall while he was outside on his phone I look behind the stove to see if I seen anything it was my 1st time. It was nothing. Plus if it was infested why was anything crawling. As he was leaving he said I had fix it so it could work temporarily and I am going to contact the insurance to get you another stove. He trust me Ms.. I have him on my RING recording all his conversations. I got the denial from 210. I told the lady that it was a lie. I ask for a picture of what he took. I seen a pic of a dead ***** not roaches.. The key word is INFESTED. I went to purchase my stove when the old stove was removed not a infestation of roaches in site. SO how is it possibly. Back to 210 their reps told me I should have paid for a second opinion. WE trust the contractor decision. Then back to my plumbing well septic tank. The first issue the plumber said he didn't want to snake the toilet it could over flood my house. Well I had to pay out my pocket cause the confusion was took to long. My house was flooded with sewage. Yes I got it approved. Now issue again. got it fix myself $3000 claim to them sending me $195 dollars check. I have paid more out my pocket.

    I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2019. THIER SERVICE TAKES UP TO TWO VISITS WITH 3 TO 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THE CONTRACTORS THEY SEND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. MY A/C UNIT DIED SATURDAY AND I PLACED A REPAIR REQUEST THAT DAY. GIVING THE PAST ISSUES I HAVE HAD WITH ***** CONTRACTORS I DECIDED NOT TO USE THEM. I CANCELED MY WARRANTY TODAY; THEY INFORMED ME THAT I DO NOT QULIFIY FOR A REFUNED THE LAST FOUR MONTHS ON MY WARRANT DUE TO MY A/C UNIT WAS WORKED ON IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR. THAT FIX LASTED 6 MONTHS.

    I had electrical issues. I made a claim. **** authorized only $150 and find a contractor myself. Anything over they said to call to authorize. I had an electrician assess the issues and was quoted 1K. We called **** and they approved the work so I paid it on ****. I submitted the receipt and was only given a check for ***** and arrived in mailbox on ****. I called and they apologized and said check will be written on that Wednesday May 31st and will be sent. I waited and still nothing. I called the following Friday on June 9th and same response. Check will be written today and mailed on Tuesday June 13th and still nothing. I will be calling again on Monday. If they didnt want to approve the work, I would have sent the contractors on their way until I figured it out. But they approved the work and should be paid for what they approved.

    Called 5 times to escalate the status of our claim on a refrigerator issue. Every time I called I was told they have talked to the company doing the repairs. I never heard anything back from the 2-10 home buyers warranty nor the company that came and looked at our refrigerator. The claim was made in March and just canceled the protection in June. I would not recommend this company to any prospective home buyer. The staff was friendly however that does not excuse poor customer service and satisfaction.

    I have been trying to reach out to someone to file a claim for the last week. I have attempted emails and phone calls with no response. I will be contacting an attorney as my next step. My house is coming apart with mold with water seeping from the slab. I am getting mold as my floors are coming apart. I am pregnant with a small child. We can not live in a home like this. I have tried contacting a plumber and he verified it was coming from the slab.

    This company does not live up to their advertisements. They claim to cover all appliances regardless of condition as long as it is working properly when contract was started. They refuse to send me a Diagnosis report from the service company they sent. Accord Appliance claimed it would cost $1400 to repair machine. They agreed to replace the washing machine and then changed their mind. This company is the worst in the ***********. I wish to *** them but they will not give me the name and address of the person we serve. This ** is very bad.

    My air conditioner went out about 3 weeks ago, although when I called them they sent someone right away that person did t follow through with the services, my thing is I felt there was no concerns of urgency from this company, customer went out the window with choosing companies for us as a client and the companies they chose was awful, once my contract is up I will definitely not be a return customer

    Submitted a claim for a broken fridge in January. We've had 3 contractors out, but **** is not content with their diagnosis, and keeps dragging it out. We've now been without a working fridge for 6 months. There is no initiative to move things forward, and ****'s objective is clearly to make the customer give ******* Home ****************** appears to be a scam.
