    **** Home Warranty has to be one of, if not THE best in the industry. They truly deliver what they promise. Unlike other similar services, they do not look for every loophole or vague language with the intent of not paying claims.

    Great experience with ****'s appliance replacement offer! My old (loud) dishwasher stopped working. Went online to file a claim with **** and was presented with the appliance replacement offer. Which was great, because I just wanted a new, quieter, dishwasher. After accepting the offer (was not charge a service fee), I went to the local appliance store to buy a new dishwasher. Then uploaded my receipt to ****'s claims portal and received a check the following week for the amount stated in the appliance replacement offer. The check from ****, together with the sale discount at the local appliance store, enabled us to buy the upgraded dishwasher we really wanted!

    For the price I pay it is well worth it. They put my mind at peace knowing I have a company dedicated to being there when issues happen. Im very happy using this company for all my warranty needs.

    We have been members of **** since we purchased our home in ****. They are fantastic and their customer service representatives really take care of their clients. The ease in which they replaced our washing machine once it could not be repaired was amazing! I totally recommend **** HBW if you are a homeowner.
