    I placed an order with Marcos Pizza at 4:30pn February 7, 2024 and at 5:23 I got an email from Marcos Pizza saying that I received my order and I called them a minute after I received the email and lady answered the phone and she said give the driver about fifteen minutes because the driver just left and I said ok and I called Marcos pizza again at 5:55pm and I spoke to a lady and explained my situation to her and she said that she could give me a credit or a refund and I told her that I didnt plan on ever going back there and I asked for a refund and ended up passing out while I was on the phone and I went into cardiac arrest and I got shocked by my defibrillator and about ***** minutes later another lady called me and at that I was waiting for an ambulance to come and take me to the hospital and she said that the driver told her that she left the pizza in front unit 1 and she said that she checked my online order and it say unit ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* a refund because the refund should be issued within 24 hours or else they cant issue a refund so I got a credit I dont understand why they couldnt issue a refund and the 24 hours would be from February 7th to the 8th so they had time to issue one if they wanted to , and what is crazy is I was lied to by two different Marcos Pizza employees. I just want my money back

    I've ordered from this place a few times and have always had issues. Today was the worst though. Today I ordered a pizza. It got marked delivered when it hadn't been. I called and the lady on the phone kept clicking her tongue and didn't seem to want to help. The pizza finally arrived and it wasn't what I ordered. Even though I ordered through the site they used GubHub. I went down there and went inside. The guy at the counter was busy so I called out asking for the boss since no one else even looked up. Another guy came up, I told them what happened and the guy passed me off to a girl. She called herself ****** but she didn't wear a name badge. She was rude from the start talking down to me and calling me rude because I yelled to get the attention. I did yell because, ************. She was rude to me the entire time. When they finally went to make it another guy called me a ******. I asked the girl if she would do anything and she shrugged and rolled her eyes. I overheard an employee call me a n***** I asked the girl if she was going to do anything. She first said she didn't hear him and then said that she was busy with someone else even though there was no one at the counter. I tried to tell her about the phone call but she ignored me. When she finally gave me my pizza she threatened to call the cops on me if I ever returned. The pizza also made me sick. When I went to check the review I posted I saw someone else posted a review saying they saw it happen. This location is at ***************************************************************.

    Hello, I was told this was thew location of the corporate office. I was trying to get the complaint sent to the corporate office. The address for the location this happened at is ****************************************************************
