      Company installed a roof system in 2021 and provided a limited 5-year warranty. In 2024, there was a water leak to the ceiling of the master bedroom. When I contacted the company, I was informed the water leak was probably due to the air conditioning system. An HVAC technician ruled out the A/C system as the cause of the leak. Company provided a warranty number, *******, and suggested *** be contacted. *** sent a technician from another roofing company to inspect the roof. Multiple workmanship issues were noted. The other company completed, per *** authorization, warranty roof repairs. *** indicated the following repairs would be the responsibility of All Star Roofing: vents, decking or satellite dish detach and reset. I contacted All Star Roofing, via texts, several times requesting the repairs be completed. Company just ignored my requests.
