    We contracted this security service for our company to provide security to our equipment yard on Friday, Saturday and Sundays and all holidays as we have had issues with theft of vehicles and catalytic convertors. We have been using this company since November of 2022 and they have always requested to be paid by credit card. As a very large corporation this is typically not how we do business and were working to try to get this vendor to fill out an application to pay through our purchasing system. We have been having issues with being able to verify that this vendor was actually on site during the requested times and they have still charged my credit card. We do have security cameras and after several times of not being able to identify that they were patrolling, we decided on 9/20/23 to end the relationship with the vendor and requested that they do not continue their services or bill us as they were paid in full as of that date. They replied back to my email with the acknowledgment that they would not continue, however on 9/25/23 they charged my credit card 3 separate charges of $1,272.00, $5,300.00 and $3,180.00. I notified them immediately that these charges were not incurred and should be reversed immediately and they responded back stating that their accounts were hacked and they were working to resolve the issue. This was the 3rd time they had charged a ****** company credit card inappropriately. I immediately cancelled the card and filed a claim with the credit card company stating the charges were not valid. I have not seen a credit or heard back from the company again regarding these charges. They have also done this to another ****** project for $3,000 and told that project they would refund them by check since February, however they have never sent a check or shown up to any meetings scheduled to deliver a check. We would like the charges credited immediately.
