  I bought a manual on sutures (in veterinary medicine) at the **** congress which never arrived, they never contacted me about it. After a month I contacted them and they sent me the wrong book. They have an incredible lack of seriousness, I do not recommend doing business with them at all. Rest assured that I will discuss my experience with them whenever I can and take legal action against them.

  Unfortunately a mistake was made when shipping out the purchased book in which customer sent a second derogatory email toward our staff that they are simply incompetent in which they requested a refund.  We apologized for the mistake and offered a refund with attached mailing label to return the incorrect book at our expense so that we could initiate the refund process.  The next email from the customer was shocking in which he now refused the refund and made demands or you are going to meet me on bad terms and believe me I have the time and resources to obtain you much more than a simple suture book.  As a business owner I took this as a threat of physical harm in addition to other threats made to turn me into different associations and decided it was best to disengage from this type of interaction.  The customer then responded several days later again making demands to speak to the manager if I dont want to face the police at the next congress I attend.  

  These emails of threats of physical harm, police action, legal action, derogatory and insulting language are out of line and will not be tolerated.  We have offered the customer a full refund, at his request, and are more than happy to give this to him with the return of the incorrect product.

  I purchased 4 veterinary medical books at the *** Jan 2023, my credit card was charged for all 4 books, then I only received 3 books, the most expensive never got it. I have called every single day since the books arrived and have written 5 emails about the issue, It look like this issue is normal for them, I encourage veterinarians not to buy from them, since they are not serious about doing business.
