  ZERO STARS: The owner of this company presents himself as knowledgeable and competent. He is neither. The other reviewer is correct, he does not pay his subs. I paid him money to pay subs for a modular home build and ended up with a lien on my property for one sub, and had to pay that one and 2 others out of pocket even though I had already given the money to the owner to pay these subs. He was paid $121,000 and all he completed himself was waterproofing the foundation, laying drain tile and purchasing some framing supplies. I gave him money to pay for the well, foundation and septic, all of which he held on to the money and did not use it as agreed upon in his contract and invoices. I had to pay twice for all of these services.

  Watch out for this contractor, ******************* is a scammer. He does not pay his subs.

  ***** is a framing sub-contractor who completed a 30 day trail run of work for me at various sites. His inconsistencies with arrival time, long lunches & breaks, incomplete work, and overall unprofessionalism is what ultimately led him to being terminated. He is upset because he feels he is owed an additional $210 from his most recent invoice. He is also upset because we are unable to come to terms on his partners more recent invoice as well. We had a discussion in person why he is not going to receive such. I am attempting to meet in person with his partner to settle up as well. Both invoicing issue are less than 30 days accounts payable. He is disgruntled and unwilling to accept my demand for accountability. He lied about having general liability insurance.
