    I reached out to this business on February 24th, to inquire about completing a small brick wall at my residence. Coltin Collins/Munuz responded, "we should be able to complete the job that week".
    March 4th I reached out letting him know we accepted his bid and that I was unable to pay the deposit using the payment link provided with the invoice. They responded saying that they could be by Monday March 6th to pick up cash and scheduled for work to be completed that week. No one had shown to do the the work, nor did I receive a call about rescheduling. March 14th I expressed my frustration about the lack of communication. I reached out again March 17th after no response asking when they would start this project again with no reply.
    Upon revisiting his website it appears i am not the only customer with the same issue of submitting payment and no work being performed.

    We hired Colton C****** with C & I Landscaping with the understanding that he had performed landscaping services. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Upon placing a 50 % deposit for landscaping services and additional materials that may be needed and a sand set patio to be placed on July 28th, he stated that he would have a team on my project that following Monday August 1st. August 1 & 2 went by without contact or work completed. He contacted me to let me know that the team would be there on Friday the 5th. At some point a team came by to start rock removal and trimming, however it was left uncomplete. I reached out to Colton to find out when they were going to work on our project. He called and said that his team had told him that the smaller projects were complete and that they were waiting on materials for the back patio. I explained that the smaller projects were just started and left entirely uncomplete. He came by and I pointed out specifically what we needed to call the projects complete. He brought during the week of the 12th. Instead of working on completing smaller projects they opted to start the back patio. The team that worked on the back patio said they had knowledge about how to do it. However it was so disfunctional that when I walked on it my foot sank into 8 inches of sand in between stones. We asked them to remove and replace safely and correctly as to avoid drainage issues with our home. They brought a team back to remove the stones and placed them throughout our lawn. Colton then asked for more funding after asking me to purchase materials that our deposit was to cover. I asked him to complete the smaller projects and remove their debris strewn around our front lawn and get closer to providing us service that matched the $3500 before moving on to the rear patio. He came back to remove his items and said he would be back to finish repairs and has not contacted me since. I have reached out to no avail.
