BBB files indicate a pattern of consumer complaints filed against this business. Consumers primarily report concerns around delivery, service and customer service issues. Regarding delivery issues, consumers allege that although the contract indicates repairs will take between 4-6 months, products are not delivered until several months later, or never delivered at all. Consumers also allege they are required to fully pay the service/repair charge in advance for services that are never completed or not assembled to a working condition. Lastly, consumers allege that the owner is non-responsive to emails and phone calls and allege that if they do receive a response, the owner offers new delayed completion dates and displays hostile behavior including using threatening and inappropriate language.
