    We had MANY issues with this weekend's catering for our wedding and need to know how we will rectify the situation. At this point, we want a FULL refund for the following reasons:1. We had confirmation at the walkthrough from ******* that your crew would be there at noon to set up and have the wedding party snacks ready at 12:30pm. This means that by the time that your team arrived, they were 5 and a half hours late. Being this late, caused immense stress for everyone involved, and caused the wedding party to be hungry and incur extra charges since we needed to find another way to feed them as they got ready. 2. We were promised things we simply didn't get. Like, lunch, the serpentine bars, 100 ***** jar glasses, soda, tea, lemonade, coffee, and our leftovers. (We got 9 thighs and 12 legs of chicken and a lot of potatoes, NOTHING ELSE and only after I asked one of their servers for it. The quality of the food we DID get was cold and subpar, and guests had to serve themselves the buffet for all but the stuffed beef. The beef was cold and the presentation was poor.3. We were promised services we didn't receive, like passed hors'd'voures, number of servers, the number of bartenders (we only had one who left the bar unattended many times, then left partway through the reception before waiting for a replacement), and the amount of time they were there. Clearing service was also not done until asked by me to do so, I was met with attitude and sub par clearing. The venue and planning staff needed to do half the room. They also did not cut the cake, the planning team had to take that on. We had discussed ALL of this service at the walkthrough and was assured it would happen. 4. Due to the fact we were not provided our TIPS certificate bartenders, people were over-served (and people under 21 were served) and there was a situation that escalated causing a fight, physical contact, disruption to the wedding and police contact.
