    This is a 2023 contract for CRM service at an approximate cost of $1300 a month. We are upset because our account manager was taken away from us without a replacement. We have been trying to address concerns relating to our account for almost a month. Our payments continue to be automatically withdrawn, but we are not receiving support from a dedicated account manager. We have made multiple daily attempts to reach someone in management, but no one is returning our request. I am the owner of a real estate brokerage in *******. We were promised, efficiency, and convenience when we signed a one-year contract. However, we do not have a phone number to contact someone and we do not have an account representative to address our grievances. Our contract is up for renewal and we would like to discuss terms for the next contract. However, we have yet to speak with a person.

    On 3/30/2020 ********** signed a contract with Propertybase to create a real estate website. Sales**** misrepresented PB by saying the contract was month to month, that a design team would do all the work of creating the website and tech support was easily reached by phone during business hours. He offered a steep discount if we docusigned immediately. We failed to read the small print that said it was a 1 year contract that auto renewed + needed advance notice. There was no design team but a person that started the work on the site & was enthusiastic in the beginning but then became hard to reach and told us he had used up his allotment of time and stopped responding leaving us to finish it as best we could. There was no phone line to reach out for tech support only by email support requests. Technical issues we had went on for months and even when resolved would start up again. Problems signing in, problems sending emails, problems agents had - left us with disgruntled clients and an entire sales team left the company. Constant issues caused stress on the marketing manager and left her short of time for her duties. The company made every attempt to work with PB and even brought in a tech person at their own expense twice to try and get things working correctly. Finally ********** asked to cancel the contract and that was when they found out that it was a one year auto renewal contract. Because of the business losses and performance of PB, *** requested the contract be ended and at the beginning of January 2022 left PB and went with another company. ********** does not feel PB/******** has the right to collect for the 3 months that remained on the contract because the service they rendered was not only poor but actually cost JKI business revenue. In addition, JKI did not use their platform for that time period. Attempts to reach their legal **** were unsuccessful or anyone in the company that could have helped. Contracts are after all to protect ***************
