Advertisement states custom mat fitted for your car. Ad shows installation as easy and fitted nicely. After complaining about the gaps and sags in fitted floor mat they refuse to return or refund my money. They offered $10 of the original price of $110. They then told me their ad shows a different product as to what I ordered so I followed their link and found that after clicking order now it ask for car make model and year then sends you to a different product?? Date of purchase 5/1/2024. Order #*******UC for car mats. I ordered car **** from this company and listed our vehicle exactly. Upon receipt of the mats the product I purchased did not fit. There was no statement saying the product could not be returned in the cart when purchasing or that I agreed to any policy. After contacting the company regarding this issue I sent pictures which they requested and they came back and only offered to pay a 10% refund which amounts to $16 for a $160 purchase. They also offered a 10% discount on another purchase, which I would never consider if they don't back their product in the first place. They said I could keep the mats but I don't want them. This was not a slight difference, it was a major difference in the fit, basically unusable. This company seems to operate under several names. The product was shipped from ***** which I could see on the tracking info yet they present their company as ***. The mats were not specially made for my vehicle, they were generic mats. If a company sends a product that is not right why should I accept that? I feel they are scamming me by selling a product that should fit but doesn't and they are not offering a full refund/return. They don't want them back I would assume because of the shipping involved since they came from *****.Initial Complaint

Product delivered on April 29, 2024 Paid via Paypal: $169.00 Based on their advertising on a pop-up ad, and also on their website, I expected a set of Premium floor mats for my 2014 Toyoya RAV4 The dispute is what I did receive, which was NOT a premium set of floor mats.In my opinion, the company has NOT tried to resolve the dispute. The only offer they made was a 20% discount on my NEXT purchase. They market themselves as a ** company. Their website even has a ******** address listed at the bottom of the website... however, they ship their items from *****, not *******. I chose to give my business to what was advertised as an ******** company. Shipping from ***** was not disclosed and I'm NOT ok with it. On February 22, 2024, I bought floor mats for my car from US Car Seat. However, when the product arrived, I discovered that it was not of the quality that the company had advertised. I contacted them to request a return address to send the item back. I explained that I was dissatisfied because the product they sent me was not made of Vegan Leather as the ad had claimed. After exchanging several emails, the company refused to honor their return policy. Upon further research, I found that many other customers had similar complaints and that the company had never honored their return policy even if it was defective or did not fit. It seems that they have no intention of doing so. I feel that the company is engaging in deceptive practices and defrauding consumers. On January 27 I ordered floor mats for my 2015 ******* Sonata. Order #*******UC I received the floor mats that were specified for my vehicle. I attempted to install them into the vehicle as per the instructions on the website the floor mats do not fit they create an unsafe environment, where the float impacts the gas pedal. it is dangerous to attempt to drive with these formats. On February 24 I started correspondence with the support team at USA Seat Cover after a weeklong back-and-forth I had sent pictures and video showing how the floor mats do not fit they are clear in the picture. The support team informed me that the formats do not fit and that is a possibility and they were only willing to refund me 10% of the cost which amounts to less than $20 of the $170 that I spent.Initial Complaint

Purchased seat covers for my 2013infiniti G37 convertible. Covers do not fit. I would not usually do this but after the fact reading the complaints against this company they don't appear to be diligent or trustworthy
