Good afternoon; on January third we reached out to the company about seat covers we had purchased. They were 600$ and were meant to fit all seats but when they arrived they did not fit how we were imagining they would (they hung over the seats and were very uncomfortable). As stated on their website we are able to return for a full refund but what they do not tell you is that the price of shipping is about $1,500. Since the price of shipping is well beyond the price of the product we decided there had to be a better way. They then informed us it was either spend the $1,500 for $600 in return or we get 40% of our money back. We feel not only have we been scammed but we have been mislead. If this information was available upon purchase we would be more understanding but we feel this is extremely unfair and almost as if we have been robbed of $600. We have been in contact with the business trying to see eye to eye and get them to understand where we are coming from but we consistently get the same message over and over again with no response to actually help resolve our issue. If we could get some help trying to solve this that would be awesome we dont want anyone else to have to go through this or loose a hearty amount of money to this company due to horrible customer service and honesty.Customer Answer

I purchased this product after seeing an ad for it. I can't remember if it was during a game I was playing on my phone. Or, if it was ********* But, I don't believe ******** would have scammers on their website. After I purchased it, I was sent an email saying they received my payment. No word in over a week. Placed an order on Dec 17th for seat covers offered from this company 'claiming' custom-fit seats. Received the seats from them and have been contacting this company since Jan 1, **** to return them because they don't even come close to fitting the vehicle they were purchased for. We have done everything they have asked us to do including taking photos, offering proof of shipping label, proof of the problem (photos), etc. When we can get ahold of them they ask us to do one more step or other shady things before they will refund the money including, we've:- called 8 times - emailed 8 times - put on hold and sent to voicemail over 20+ times They finally gave me an address to ship them to for a full refund based in ******** and it is over $1,000 to send them. The seats were only $349, so that doesn't make economic sense. The company will only offer a 40% return and for us to keep the seat covers. I cannot use seat covers that do not fit and want my full refund. Please help!Initial Complaint

My order with USA Seat Cover was not received when promised so, I requested a Full Refund. USA Seat cover refused to respond to my email or phone request so I contacted my bank to request assistance. Once my bank got involved USA Seat cover reached out for me on several occasions and asked for me to stop the action with my bank. They refused to provide me with a refund and sent the item anyway. I have not opened the box and have requested (per the return policy) an address to return the product via email and telephone. *** Seat has not responded to my phone calls or emails. USA Seat Cover is a SCAM. Once they receive your money, they refuse to provide assistance for a return of the product or a refund. My order number is #*******UC. I placed the order on 12/20/2023 and the expected arrival date, per the tracking number was 1/5/2024. USA Seat Cover ignored and refused my request of a full refund and sent another package. The package arrived on 1/26/2024. To date, USA Seat Cover has not responded to phone calls or emails. I would ask that BBB provide any assistance to returning the product and a refund. No company should be able to SCAM consumers in this manner.Initial Complaint

I ordered a car seat cover for my son for Christmas. I matched the description to the truck my son drives. The description of the item reads: "***** **** Full Set Universal Waterproof Breathable Vehicle Leather Cover for Cars, SUV, Pick up Truck." When my son tried to put the covers on the seats, he was unable because the covers did not fit over the headrests. The headrest cannot be removed in his truck, and the covers only work with the removal of the headrest. I reported this problem to the company well within the 15-day period from the date of delivery as required by their return policy. The email exchange that followed did not provide satisfactory resolution to the issue. I asked to be able to return the item for a refund. They offered, after several emails back and forth, a 30% refund and told me I could gift the seat covers to someone. Their reasoning for not providing a full refund - their return policy states purchases are eligible for 100% refund--ranged from "returning the item would require time and a fee" to "we did not make a profit on this item."Initial Complaint

On 12/31/23, an order was placed for what we thought was a 3-piece steering wheel cover. A 2-piece cover was received. I have called twice and emailed 7 times with customer service since receiving it on 1/13/24.I have asked for a refund and was advised that they do not offer refunds since the pictures on the website are clear. I asked to exchange (and return the incorrect item) for a 3-piece one of a different color. I was told that wasnt so option either. The only option I have been given is a 5% refund and a 10% discount on another order/item. I simply want either my money back or a 3-piece cover. I am more than happy to return the incorrect item. I have never purchased anything from any company online that has a zero refund/return policy unless the wrong item was sent or damaged.Initial Complaint

They market on ******** as a made in the ** company. It came straight from *****. The product came in a beat up box with broken stitching and doesn't even fit the seats. They say they'll refund the money only if I pay for shipping (cause it's too expensive) but will ship another one out. If they can ship a new set then they should be able to send a label to take their garbage product back. I thought I was buying a product made solely in ******* and was lied to.Business Response

The company in writing and advertised that the Seat covers were uniquely made to your specific car year make and model. When they delivered the car seats, they did not fit at all and when I contacted them they said its a "universal" fit. Then they want to offer me a 10a% refund and refused to give me a full refund. They are stealing from people and false advertising their products. They forced me to take a 50% refund only and made me keep the product that does not fit.Initial Complaint

In June 2023 I ordered seat covers from a company that advertised on ********* *** Seatcover. The company website said it was located in *******, **. After well over a month, I received a box from ***** containing seat covers. It was summer, and I did not immediately open the box until late October. I found the seat covers did not fit my vehicle despite the fact I was asked for year/make/model of my wifes car. I tried multiple times to contact the company by phone listed on their website. With no answer, there was no way to leave a message. I finally emailed their customer Support Team, requesting an address to return the covers and a full refund. Their email did not provide an address to return the item, and they requested that I provide a video showing that the seats did not fit. There were several back and forth emails, not that acknowledged my request for a refund. It was like a dog chasing its tail, stall, stall . I finally concluded this company is fraudulent, not based at all in the U.S. and that I have been scammed and likely out the $200+ I paid to their company. What action can BBB take to report this company to the *** and/or law enforcement to shut them down? Sincerely, *******************************
