      On November 25th 2023 I ordered mats for my 2008 charger r/t from *** SEAT COVER.I received the mats by mail on December 8th 2023. The mats I received did not fit my car and were not at all the quality of what was described. I emailed the company that day of the aforementioned and request a refund in full USA seat cover has refused to do so.

      Transaction Date: 4 November 2023 ORDER #H803819599Amount: $39.99 I purchased a steering wheel cover for a 2021 Tesla Model 3. The ad showed that the cover would also have the auto brand logo.Despite having provided the car make and model, the product does not fit. In addition, it does not have any logo as expected. I sent email explaining that I want to return it for a refund. When I brought the matter to their attention, they required that I provide a photo of the original packaging, and photo evidence of the issue. I did as instructed. Their solution was to offer a 5% refund and a 10% coupon for a future purchase. They explained that "most customers prefer plain merchandise without a logo so they no longer feature the car logos on their products." Subsequent email to them explaining this was not a satisfactory solution was ignored. I just want a refund.

      I ordered a car seat in July. In Sept I was told it had been lost. I said I'd like another and was billed $109.00 again. As of today, (10.25.23) tracking shows that is in mainland *****.

      US Car Seat is at minimum guilty of false advertising or misleading at the best. The website indicates the contact information as being in *********** and/or alludes to the idea that the product is ******** made. It further suggests the product to be in stock, i.e., alluding to the idea that the product is in *****************. After ordering, it was realized that the product was being provided through ***** via the tracking information, and further the product was having to be manufactured and not in stock, thus the receipt of the product took much longer than anticipated.Furthermore, when the product was received it was not as advertised, the verbiage with the website indicated the product colors to be BEIGE / BLACK; however, the product received was at best Tan and Brown, which does not match the interior colors of the vehicle. When I responded to the support email, I also included a picture of the product received. I received a response that said the product was as advertised. Unfortunately, color variation with a photo is not accurate, but nonetheless, the verbiage specifically reads BEIGE BLACK, which it is not.I realize that I should have known better... "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" I may not get a refund, but the public should be informed at the least.

      I bought the mats for my ******* Elantra 2017 on August 28 of 2023 throughtthe website www.uscarseat.com, they advertise there that the mats are tailored for each car model and they would take between 15 to 20 business days to tailor those mats. I spent 169 USD on these mats.I received the mats on Sep 22 of 2023, I found that the mats don't match with my car, indeed, they do not have some holes to be attached properly to my car's floor.On Sep 23rf of 2023 I contacted the ********************************** email to ask about the refund of my money because it was clear that the mats did notfit my car. The support team asked me to send pictures of the mats installed. I sent pictures as proof where they could see clearly that the mats did not fit , and also, multiple gaps and bumps stayed when I placed the mats.The customer service answered that the mats fit properly, that I have to buy some double side tape to close the gaps,also,they suggested to me that I have to take offthe hooks that my car has from the factory to avoid thebumps. I replied that I'm not willing to buy anything else to force the product to fit my car, and even less I won't take off any part of my car to make the product fits..Their answer to that was that they will refund me 10% of the price, I replied that I need the whole refund. They replied to me that its factory is in *****, and I have to send back the mats to get the 100% refund.       I ordered some car seats from *** CAR SEATS, and they did not fit. I have been in contact with the seller numerous times (I can provide dates and time I called them if needed), and they supposed to refund my money to my credit card. You can see prof in the attachments of me contacting them. Now they won't return my phone calls or emails.

      Date of transaction with USCarSeat: 9-14-23 Order total: $174 Product Purchased: ****************** ****************************************************************************************************** shipping plastic. Product smells of chemical. Product is misshapen and cannot be stretched to fit the seats. Product cannot even be used due to hazardous chemical smell. The product is hazardous and misshapen. There is no possible way it can be used.We would like a full refund and we will ship it, at ** CarSeats cost, to the ******** address.

      The back mats I've bought do not fit my car as reflected in the attached photos. I've requested a refund for that portion since I've bought the fronts too. However, they will not honor my one time replacement warranty. Also, because of the gross mis-sizing of my rear mats, I believe the company didn't make these with the proper specifications or willfully gave me the wrong part. My request for refund started on 9/15/23. It took them to 9/22/23 for them to deny it. Judging by their actions. I believe this is a bogus company with false advertizing. I bought these mats on 7/11/23. I tried to install them on 9/15/23 due to me being out of time.

      *** Seatcovers mailed their product to our home address and they did NOT fit our Vehicle seat at all, so they cannot be used on our Cadillac Escalade. The material was NOT leather as advertised and looked cheap. The color was wrong as we ordered White not Tan. They lied about being a US company. No one answers the phone in ********. We filed a fraud claim with my bank. Per ******* Seatcover email response regarding our faulty merchandise order#******UC They only responded due to our chargeback fraud claim. They are really located at ***************************************************************************************************************** phone: **************.This fraudulent company only wants to refund half the amount as long as we drop our chargeback. They have already proven to be dishonest and we deserve a Full Refund. Other people need to be aware of their scheme so they cant keep taking peoples money. Thank you. *********************** & ******* ***.

      One last note; on my bank statement the company that calls itself *** Seatcovers is registered as SP *** GLOBAL LLC in the transaction history.

      I ordered custom car seat covers for my **** ***** Avalanche. The car seat covers appear to be well made, but when installed - they cover up the seatbelts and make the seatbelts unusable as they would be under the car seat covers as the seatbelts run along the back of the front seats. They are clearly not made for an Avalanche. When I asked to return them they said they would reimburse me but I had to pay for return shipping to ********, even though they claim to be a company out of *******, **. There is no reason for me to pay for return shipping when the error was theirs - they do not fit an Avalanche as I ordered. When they call me - they offer a full refund and to pay for return shipping - but what they send me through email to start the return says reimburse 50% and I need to pay for shipping to ******** when they show their company is in ******* **.
