The product advertisement is nothinglikewhati received. There is no logo on my mats, there is no pocket os the side, which is a big reason i ordered them, and they don't go up over the inside running board to protect it like they're supposed to. I placed the order on 07/29/23 then decided to cancel the order after reading the reviews I tried calling them then my bank to cancel the order. Then sent an email. I got no response or answer to my calls. I then realized this is not how a business handles customers. I sent multiple emails and calls finally left a iMessage then a lady I could barely understand called me and said she couldnt cancel the order or they would charge a 30% fee I told her I just wanted a full refund. She said she would have to contact someone and get back to me that was 18 days ago. No response or calls or refund. This is theft and fraud. *** filed a dispute with my bank as well. I ordered a set of jeep seat covers from them completely being misled by the company name *** seat covers....waited a month and a half for them to get close to where i live and never got an actual **** tracking number until i realized through their general updates that the package had been returned to the post office because instead of going with my actual address they went with the suggested address and they only sent me an actual tracking number when i sent an email and complained. Well it got sent back and they sent me another email asking me to pay an extra 40 dollar shipping fee and telling me i could correct my address. 6/21/23 Order # & cost in photo upload.Facebook ad purchase.Contacted company to resolve dispute for return/refund which I paid extra for return item coverage. Told the company my issue after disputing it with my credit card company, the company said they would make it right & that I didn't have to return the *********** would give me a full refund as long as I withdrew the dispute. I am submitting a complaint against this company because I ordered a set of carpets for my car and I notify them about the issue that I am having and they just want to refund 70% of the price and want to make me responsible for the shipping back of the carpets to (******************************************************************************************************************Zip code: ****** Receiver: ********************* **************). The last time I check the website it has an ** address making customers think they are a ** company and settle in ***. Unfortunately, the company is in ****** and they want me to pay for a shipping label there when the website warranties free shipping, devolution, 100% Refunds and a 3 year warranty on the carpets. It is a lie and a complete scam just to get customers. The company asked me to send pictures showing how they look and how come I can't make them work. I did took the pictures and I explained them that it was a safety hazard for me and my family because it doesn't have a fit that leaves the brake and gas pedal freely for me to operate them without problems. I will have to move the carpets around or even cut them. That wasn't the idea of the me buying them. The idea was a perfect fit. I consider they are no taking me serious as a customer and are abusing due to the fact that they are in ******. Also, if I paid 100% for the product, why should I'll be getting only 70% of my money back. US government should investigate this company and not allow them to use a fake address from US. That's a Scam and illegal practice. They are incompetent and disrespectful by wanting people to accept conditions that aren't even in their policies on the website.Customer Answer

Hi,
I received this email today and the company insist in giving me only 70% back when the site says 100% refunds. Also, I got a phone call yesterday from their customer service and I was told to don't worry about this that I will get my complete refund and I don't need to return the carpets.
I don't know what's going on ir if it is a lack of communication between them ir they just want to fool me. I am tired of games and tired of the miscommunication and ineptitude of the company. I really need them to finally refund my money back and stop playing games with me. I am an adult not a kid and it is disrespectful. Please, I need help. Someone get on hold of them. Order # UC1973999 I ordered floor mats for my 2020 Chev Trax. I received the item and it does not fit my car and is unusable. I am requesting a refund of $169 that I paid for it. They are labeled as universal but the items I received are too big for my car. I have emailed for return label or information and they have refused, sending the same template over and over for 5 emails. Their return policy says I have 15 days to return the item for a refund so I'm trying to get this resolved within the 15 day window.
