      I purchased car seat covers from the company on March 22, 2023. The covers restricted the side airbags on the front seats that are located on the upper seat backs, which creates a safety issue. At first I simply sought to return the items. I was told that I would have to send them to ***** at my own expense, which was over half the price of the seat covers. Eventually, I agreed to an offer from the company for a 25% refund with no return of the product (original price was $219.98). They have yet to send the refund even after repeated contacts from me to ask what the problem is. They repeat a reply that says there is a problem with the payment portal and I need to resolve this. I have checked with my credit union and there are no issues on their part. I have made many contacts with no useful response from the company. I know it is a small matter, but I would like it resolved. The original transaction number was 8KR46945DO579871X and the original invoice ID was ********************************

      Product ordered #UC1453699 on Jun 16, 2023. I reached out to the company website listed phone #***************** and sent emails to ********************************** on Jun 17th in an attempt to cancel the order and full refund prior to shipment no response. I called and sent email to request for order ********************* prior to ship no response. As of Jun 25th, received auto generated email, but still no shipping status on company website. I called multiple times and emails but no response. Sent another email on Jun 28th and still no response. Sent a request on the website system on Jun 30th received auto generated email but no follow up from support ************* received order on Jul 7th. I sent additional emails on Jul 8 and Jul 13th no response. Also sent another request on website on Jul 13th and finally received response from customer support. The company is making both order return and refund very difficult. They offered a 10% and then a 25% refund without returning the order. However, I insisted on returning goods for a full refund. Instead of returning to their US address, they insisted that I have to return goods to their ***** address first before considering a potential refund. I have returned the product to the return warehouse location listed on the shipping label on Jul 17th via **** Priority Mail to arrive by today, Jul 19th. In todays email from the company is claiming that I do not qualify for a refund because I need to recall my package sent to shipping label US address and then return product to their ***** address. Unfortunately, by the time I follow up and retrieve the product package, it will be outside of this companys refund window. Im sure they will claim that I no longer qualify for any refund. ****************************************************** I do not want the product and wish to get a full refund.I have all correspondence history documented and provide if it will help. Please contact me as this is time sensitive Please help!!

      The product advertised on ******** does not match the product I received in the mail 1. there is no logo on my product 2. there is no pouch to hold small items such as a cell phone 3. no detachable floor mat to go over the floor cover This is very misleading and they refuse to give me a 100% refund. They offered me a 30% refund which I believe is unacceptable

      Order # UC891099 *********** advertised custom floor mats for my 2022 Chev Trax. I received the items and it does not fit my car and is unusable. I am requesting a refund of $169 that I paid for it. *********** is misleading in advertising custom floor mats but the mats I received are labeled universal and are too big for my car. ***********'s refund policy says I have to request a return label they provide and not to sent my return to the address on the shipping label. I've emailed the company several times and they have not responded to my email. Their return policy says I have 15 days to return the item for a refund so I'm trying to get this resolved within the 15 day window for returns.

      I purchased a set of floor liners for my car. They came with several places where they were sewn improper , thus allowing the batting inside to show through. After sending the company pictures of their poor workmanship I received an email stating that I would have to send the order back to ***** at my cost so they could look at them. After refusing to do so since it was their fault the offer a 20% refund and I could keep the mats since that would be cheaper. I again said no. The next offer was 40% refund and 20% off my next order. I dont want their product and I dont think I should have to pay shipping back to *****. Help me please. ***********************
