  I purchased floor mats from USA seat covers. They came all bent up unable to use in my car. I wanted to return them for a full refund. The return address I was given will cost more to send back than the purchase price. They are telling me I can keep the merchandise and receive a 10-20% refund of $329. I want a full refund and i dont want the floor mats as they look horrible in my car as they are all bent up and they do not fit. I have also sent them photos. I dont believe in making customers keep bad products because of shipping costs or making the customer send them back at their cost not the companies.i paid an extra $5 for one exchange one warranty whatever that means then another $4.99 standard shipping + 3 year warranty. i have put reviews and told peeps on ******** "DON'T BUY FROM THEM" and now i am blocked from their website. They will not answer my emails now either. So again i suggest NOT TO BUY FROM THEM they DO NOT stand behind what they sell and WILL NOT give you a full refund.

  This company is a shell company for cheap products that they try to pass off on US customers and then when they sell you their trash they try not to do refunds when they send the wrong product.

  I absolutely agree with every single previous review! I ordered a dash mat from this place, (I wont even call them a company). Yes, I received a dash mat but it didn't even come close to fitting my vehicle. I don't think it would fit a similar vehicle from a different year. They offered an insulting 10% refund which I did not take. I paid a premium for this mat thinking I would be getting a decent product, not the case! I turned them into ****** for a review and ****** ruled the case in their favor! NO F***ING WAY! Not pleased with ****** either! I still have their crappy dash mat for what ever vehicle it's supposed to fit, and they still have my money! It's a shame there are people that can survive making a living this way, and get away with it!

  As others have mentioned, this company engages in bait and switch activities where their website shows a decent product that is advertised as leather and after you purchase it and it finally arrives, you find it is a synthetic product with an awful smell, is nothing like what is shown on the website, and is basically junk. When you attempt to return the product for a refund, their customer service demands photos of the product in your car, refuses to refund, and just gives you the run-around. This company needs to be reported to the ************* and needs to be shut down from doing business in the **.

Their USA addresses and phone numbers are fronts. The us govt , Chinese govt, Vietnamese govt should work to put these scammers out of business and in jail.

  WORST COMPANY EVER! Thankfully i made payment with a credit card so I will go that route to get my money back but its sad that these people are still in business. Here was their resolution to an item received damaged after I sent them pictures."I have raised the issue to the billing team and kindly inform you that if you want to have a full refund, please return the item back to our warehouse's address at:****************************************************************************************************************************************. Zip code: ***** Once we get the item and check it, we will process the refund. Please note that the return shipping fee is at your expense. The charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Then one solution is that I will try to convince our billing department to offer a 30% refund right back to your account. You can keep the product and don't need to send it back to us. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees, isn't it?" They try to force you into taking their deal rather then making it right.

  We ordered car (truck) seats from them. They sent the wrong seat covers for the truck's backseat. We have called both numbers we could find and no return phone calls. They have, however, returned e-mails just recently. I tried the chat first and no luck. The e-mail string is going back and forth, they answer at 10pm at night every time. First they offered 10% refund with 20% off next purchase! Next purchase? Not gonna happen. Then offered 20% refund and 10% off next purchase, then last time they offered 30% refund only. WTH, I do not want the seat covers for the front if they do not match the back seat! I've asked several times if they made them for the back and they don't respond to my question. I just told them I want 100% refund and will ship back at their expense. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY NO RATING AT ALL FROM ME!

  Worst company ever! No refunds, defective products way overpriced do not waste your money. Filed customer complaint and recieved a 10% off my next 400$ purchase..

  Did not receive what I ordered. And have not been able to contact customer service. One phone number is always busy and no one answers the other one I have sent multiple emails. I have tried to use the chat feature would not do business with them again.
