      Wish I would I read these reviews prior to purchasing from this company. The seat cover they sent is not designed to be installed on my 2000 Model Jeep. They are not reachable by phone or chat but did respond to an e-mail and requested pictures, which I sent. Instead of refunding my purchase price, they offered a 30% refund and I could keep the product for which I have no use.This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.

      Place the order... Shipped from *****. So the name USA Could be force advertising. Package Was shipped to the wrong address and undeliverable. Emails went Unresponded. Unable to get anybody on the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM

      I TOTALLY agree with you ************** I ordered floor mats from them as well. Cheap fabric, not as durable as it looks on the computer, and is defective. They refused to provide a return address as well. After ************************************************************************************ ************************************************. Upon researching the return shipping, it's running between $120.00- $400.00. I paid $161.00 for the mats. I have informed my credit card company of this entrapment and await their answer.

      USA Car Seats - I placed an order for floor mats for my new car. They arrived in almost 3 weeks. Very cheap fabric and thin. On the back they BOTH were labled Driver Side. There was no packing list with an order number or an address. They refuse to provide an address to return them to, so I cannot get my $109.00 back. I contacted Discover and filed a dispute.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !

      They sent me generic floor mats the I could had purchased at ******* for a quarter of the price they charged me. The email doesn't work and they don't answer their phone. Please dont by from them

      Sent me floor mats that were huge despite supposedly being made for my car. Offered 10% refund on car mats that don't fit. Very bad service and customer service

      I ordered car seats in March and havent received them have been call for too days and no answer, they took $109 out my account and cant get anyone too answer phone. I truly tell you not to order anything from them zI just lost my money. This company is not trust worthy so please please do not order anything from them. Not A DEPENDABLE COMPANY THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!

      Exactly what I am dealing with as all other clients on reviews page. This company does nothing but offer a discount on your next purchase. Like anyone who does business with this company would Ever buy anything again. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

      Product shipped for *****. Didnt fit our vehicle and their customer service said its a generic (but they said it was customized to our vehicle). And they will not return it.

      We bought the car mats that state they are leather. They are clearly not leather. When reading the description of the mats we read thru it quickly and glanced at what we thought included car seat covers as well. I think they worded it together like that to confuse the customer. If you read thru the description it also mentions universal and custom made. Although they received all the car info. I think they are universal by the way they fit in my car. Im so disappointed.I think you should save your money. I dont like them. They even offered an 8% discount if I bought car seat covers. Dont try to call them. They dont answer. *** spent enough time on this. Cut my losses and move on smartly.
