      Trash - **************** is not customer friendly - they do not try to help all they do is waste your time requesting photos of the shipping label and the product received just for them to tell you that their return policy is only if the error is made on their end - so if you order the wrong color or do not like the product in person you are stuck with it. Also they claim that their physical address is ******** - THIS IS A LIE - they are shipping from out of the county and the return address on the label is conveniently a warehouse located Directly opposite N. Cargo Area at JFK Int. Airport.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY GOD FOBID YOU MAKE A MISTAKE YOU ARE STUCK TAKING THE *****

      Terrible and very bad company to do business with, I should not buy their products, totally false advertisement and they sent me regular car mats. I have ordered for truck floor mats, they are basically fraudulent Chinese or other one of Asian countries people, putting fake ******** advertisements and then sending fake/ false products, they needed to be shutdown in *******, showing nice pictures on ******** advertising and then send you different products, its day night difference, they are totally scam and they are taking advantage of American people. Shut them down.

      Ordered a full set of covers for my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Wrangler 4xe, picture on their website showed black and blue with zero white, product arrived with white trim and white logo that is clearly different then their photos, tried to exchange and they refuse, didn't want my money back just an exchange for the same model seat but black, site shows ********** but shipped from *****, clearly a shell company that is a fraud.

      This company uses false advertisement. I ordered a custom made car seat cover. They asked for the make, model and year of my car. When i received it the product did not fir my car. I emailed to get information on returning. They offered me a 10% refund so I would not have to hassle with returning it. They also at this time apologized that it did not fit and stated their product is a universal fit. I have tried emailing multiple times to no avail. I have also tried calling and left messages to return my call but no one returns the call. their website states they have 24/7 customer support. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend anyone use them.

      I ordered a dash mat for my 21 F150. The size I received was way too small for my truck. I filed a complaint for replacement with the correct size. They gave me a thousand excuses to just refund me only 10% of what I paid for the dash mat. After numerous emails back and forth asking them to honor their customer refund/replacement replacement and 100% customer satisfaction, they still refused. They told me they did not make that size for my truck anymore when I asked them to replace it. I told them to just send me a steering wheel cover instead and it was even cheaper and they refused. All of their policies they claim our false they will steal your money one way or another.Returning this item to ******** would cost more than the price of the dash mat. There was never any way to contact this *************** they claim they have all my phone calls went to ********. It's all false advertisement.

      This company advertises these elaborate floor mat sets with bright colors and the name of the type of vehicle embroidered on them on ********* What arrives is nothing close to what's advertised. Their return policy is 15 days and there's no indication of where or how to return the subpar items.

      I think this is a dishonest and poorly run business. The tracking number I used told me nothing except that the order was in process. The phone number dialed is Never answered. and the email address was not accurate and would not send. I ordered two products with only one being rec'd. The product I did receive was not as they advertised at all. It was not leather. It was not easily installed and does not fit my car. When calling about the problems I had, I never got an answer but then I got a phone call late at night only to argue and plead for me to take down my paypal complaint. When asked on how to return my product the man would not help me. This company has nothing but false advertising on their website. So far through paypal I have not even been reimbursed for the item I didn't even receive. This place is not worthy of any business It's nothing but a scam.

      Tried to ignore some of these negative reviews they seem to be upset that the company had order them of ***** which most of our products in this country are from ***** anyway ..I ordered my truck seat covers and yes it took 2 1/2 weeks to get them .. wasn't in a hurry to get them.... they fit perfectly I have no issues with the product..they look and feel amazing best seat covers I've ever purchased....????
