      This company is participating in false advertising. The product advertised was not what was sent to us. The product did not fit at all and was NOT what was pictured. They REFUSE to give me a refund because the product is not what we wanted. That seems very unethical to me. I have been emailing back and fourth with their customer service on this matter and they stated they "are unable to accept the return of the item solely on the grounds that you do not like it" They claim their return policies are designed to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all their customers, but that is clearly bull. How is it fair to not take back a product that you sent out that the customer did not like because it was wrong?

      I ordered car mats and they arrived damaged. The company will not offer me a refund and even want me to return the damaged products at my own expense. The pictures on the website are completely false.

      Does buy from this company. ** locating in ******* is non existant. Product does not fit car information. They don't standby by policies for returns. Quality is not good either.

      Just to be clear, although the physical address listed listed on the web site is in ********, Pay Pal payment goes to Qianxiang ***************************** and banking transaction shows payment to ********* ************* ******************* ********************. ***** all the way. Be aware.

      They want me to pay to ship the product that they sent me that is wrong back. They may after reviewing with the manufacturer give he a 50% refund. What they advertise is not what you get. 100% rip off...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      100% scam-They ship incorrect items that are sub-par quality. They advertise high quality and ********** too much money for the cheap mats they send. The customer service line and emails are not responded to, no refunds possible.

      Do NOT do business with this company. They put up way too many barriers and refuse to give 100% refund on seat covers that dont fit. Theyre factory seats! Floor mats also dont fit. They expect me to measure the car floor so they can make new ones. This is after Ive paid Service Street to install them since I cannot do it with a broken leg. They then asked for photos of where they dont fit, the label and original packaging. I had to pay twice! Now they offer 70% refund for seat covers they didnt size properly. Next step is filing a complaint with the ******** Attorney General.

      If I could give them a lower rating I would. I'm quite sure this is just a rip off. They never answer the phone and never ship the product. I've called over a half dozen times and even wrote an email but still have yet to hear from them. Their site is done really well and will continue to rip people off.

      Hi my name is ***** and I found VNI Global LLC on ******** where they are selling High quality vehicle mats front and back that covers the entire floor of your vehicle. I have a ***** Silverado truck and when I ordered the product I was specific on my vehicle. I ordered the front and back mats for my truck and when I received my package it wasn't anything like what they are advertising on ********. The 2 front mats that I received and didn't received my back mat as well are the cheapest quality small mats that doesn't fit. This company should not be in business if they can't back up what they are claiming what they are sell and just not a company of their word. I want what was advertised on ******** or my money back!!! Also this company states that you can contact them 24/7 if I have any concerns and everytime I call no matter when there's a voicemail that always tell you to call back or leave a message which never works
