    I understand our innocent and oblivious nature, but the time for obliviousness about the protection of our childrens bodies is over. Please see how serious of an offense this card is and stop supporting it or anything like it and support our babies worthiness to be kept safe from predators instead.

    Thank you for sharing your concern regarding a Leanin' ***** **** greeting card that featured a photo of a partially clothed toddler.  We take your comments and concerns about child safety and privacy very seriously.

    Since your original complaint did not provide details about the specific card you referenced, we did a deep dive into our complete catalog of images and found three images that could be the particular design that you referenced.  We have decided to stop selling those three designs immediately and are removing them from our current product offering.

    We want to be always mindful of building personal connections with greeting cards in a positive, heartfelt and uplifting way.  Your message was a good reminder for us to be more cautious and careful going forward to be sure that our cards are appropriate, sendable, and positive.

    We appreciate your support of Leanin' Tree and hope you will be satisfied with our resolution and action plan for this matter.

    I would like to file a complaint regards to Leanin' Tree Inc. wholesale division. My nonprofit organization open a account with this company so in the near feature we would buy wholesale cards for fundraising, and I was speaking with ***** the salesperson at first, I provided her with list of items i want to order but she said the minimum for new accounts is $300.00. I told her i will hold off from ordering and will email her to let her know when i am ready to place an order and this communication took place in December 2022. Today March 1, 2023, I got an email from the company invoice **** saying an order was placed last month, and it has shipped. I did not authorize ***** from Leanin Tree to place an order I informed her that I will be contacting her when time comes. When *** Arrives i will tell them i did not order this package and i will have them send it back and i will not be required to pay for the return shipping and the invoice.

    On Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 7:16 p.m., we received an email from complainant stated that he had changed his mind and decided to keep the products that were sent to him afterall.

     

    Our customer account manager ***************************** spoke with complainant and assisted him with the digital invoicing, as he requested.

     

    Since that time, our Director of Inside Sales has left multiple voicemail messages with the complainant to verify that the matter has been fully resolved to his satisfaction.  Complainant has not responded to those telephone messages.

     

    To our knowledge, this matter has been successfully completed.
