    Initial work completed May 2023 after a couple weather related interruptions. The landscaping and concrete work completed was of high quality and surpassed expectations. Received many complements from family and neighbors.

    Discovered back patio cracking and front porch cracking/settling last week of August after returning from vacation. After many e-mails and phone calls, the owner (William) inspected the damage and verbally agreed to replace the the two damaged patio sections and replace the front porch. William initially stated he would try to get the work completed within the next couple weeks depending on the weather. Warrantee agreement number 22592 (attached) was sent to me 9/14/23.

    I have not been able to schedule the repairs since receiving the warrantee agreement. The company is no longer responding to e-mails and answering/retuning my calls. E-mail chain attached. I get a “voicemail full” the last couple of times I’ve tried to call and leave a message.
