    **************** at ********************** had been unresponsive to requests for updated status on order that had not been prepared for shipment 2+ weeks after paying for an order. Order arrived nearly three weeks after order placement was made. **************** has yet to offer a legitimate explanation for their breakdowns in communication with me. **************** at ********************** is more about exhausting the customer rather than providing a real solution. The Feed has yet to offer a direct and timely resolution to my concern. **************** at ********************** only offers continued delays.

    This company has failed to respond to multiple emails regarding order status. It's been over 11 days since my order was placed, and they told me it would be shipped within 72 hours (by the **** but it never did ship and they are blaming it on other circumstances like a warehouse issue yet they don't mention this AT ALL on their website which has led to them having over ***** orders they can't fulfill and dont provide a way to get a refund. This is now entering theft (took funds but did not send items purchased) and false advertising (tell customers 2-4 days to ship) which is why its being reported to the BBB.Beware ordering from this company and expecting a timely shipment.

    This is a scam/ spam caller, because if it wasn't, they couldn't have illegally obtained my phone number, this # they tried calling me from was . I'm reporting this fake organization as the fraud and scammers they really are, my phone automatically detected the # as scam and it didn't go through, but they were able to leave a scam computerized voice mail

    Thank you for leaving a review, we completely understand the frustration spam calls can create. Surprisingly, many of us at The Feed have also been receiving calls from 800 numbers recently.

    Upon further inspection, it turns out there is a very active, and group called The Feed Foundation that is behind these phone calls happening nationwide. It is believed that this is a fake organization and in no way associated with The Feed.

    Its a big scam. I ordered a water bottle through Strava along with some energy gels. I was *********** would ship in 2-4 days. So far its been two weeks and no word from the company.
