      I ordered sandals online with crocs store. They shipped my shoes by contract. They said they delivered at 11:30 pm. Im in the bed. I wake up no package outside. I called on trac they tell me call crocs. Croc said they gonna refund then they reject that the said they will reship give me a reship case number and say I will receive my order 5-10 business days. Still no shoes. I call crocs they say they rejected my reshipment. They are scamming how they gonna promise me my shoes then reject it. Oh Im not letting it go if I have to call a lawyer against crocs online. I have never had a business treat me this horrible its like they care nothing about me for something their delivery person messed up. I want my shoes or my money back They must think Im a nobody. But I will show CROCS ONLINE

      I placed an order that shipped on 5/16/25. Crocs shipped ****, which does not deliver to my physical address. The post office returned the package to the sender, who continues to try to send it to me, despite it being undeliverable. I have called Crocs 3 times, been on hold for over 30 minutes, and am repeatedly told that they "don't have enough information to provide me with a refund." They have told me they will "escalate" my case, but it has been over 30 days without a refund. I have tried email, but they do not return emails despite guaranteeing a response within 48 hours. I am out $50 for items I never received. The tracking information proves that I haven't received the items, yet Crocs won't refund me. Their agents are based out of ***** and seem to have no idea how to do anything. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone who can actually look into an order and process a refund. I am appalled at the complete lack of customer service. At this point, it seems like fraud since they won't return my money for an order I never received. I will NEVER purchase from this company again, and will make sure my friends and family don't patronize this company again.

      I want to give zero star. Terrible business and customer service. My order has been cancelled for no reason but not even give me an email notification. Call for help, they just asked me to reorder them with much higher price because of the end of promotion. Not willing to take responsibility and not willing to solve problems. Asked the employees name but refuse to let me know. Never seen a store like this. Customers means zero in their eyes.

      Terrible customer service. Items missing from my order. After a reorder (and several attempts at connecting to customer service), the reorder STILL had missing items and a BROKEN jibbetz.When (most) of the items arrived (I still haven't received one), my son put them in his shoe. By the end of the day, 5 of them fell out. One is lost. He is disappointed, as am I. We installed them correctly. They are just terrible quality.3 phone calls, 2 chats, many emails... it's still not taken care of.

      Terrible customer service! I placed an online order with shipping to a PO Box. Nowhere on the website does it state they cannot deliver to a PO Box. I attempted to reach them multiple times to get the address Updated to no avail. I am getting a runaround on getting a refund for the product I have still never received. They told me that it has to go under review for 2 to 3 days and after the review if it is approved then from that point in 10 to 15 days, I may get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service!! I have never purchased a pair of Crocs in my life but I got a wild idea and thought I would give it a try. Nope!!! Never!! I will not buy from them again!!

      Worst company ever! I ordered a pair of crocs for my fianc for Christmas. Tracking kept saying that it was waiting on the carrier. 2 weeks go by so I finally contact customer service. Of course they dont speak English. They tell me that THEY COULDNT FIND MY ADDRESS, so they were returned back to the warehouse. **. Every other delivery service finds my address just fine. ******, ***, ****, etc; nobody else has an issue. And I NEVER got a phone call saying they could not locate my address to deliver. I call customer service back and they say I have to wait on my refund before I can repurchase; more BS. So I decided to email crocs. I got a case number and an automatic reply that said we will respond within 48 hours. Its been a week. Ive emailed every single day and nobody responds. And Im still waiting on my refund. DONT EVER BUY FROM THE CROCS WEBSITE. Go into DSW or somewhere else they sell Crocs.

      I purchased shoes from Crocs in November and have been experiencing ongoing issues with my order. I contacted customer service twice, and each time, I was advised to wait until December 14th for updates. On December 14th, I was informed that my order had been shipped, but this was clearly inaccurate.According to the tracking information provided on the Crocs website, the status remains:Your package is awaiting carrier pickup. Latest update: Wednesday, December 4, 5:07 PM - Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet.This confirms that the package has not been handed over to *** and is still in Crocs possession. Despite this, customer service acknowledged that the package was lost but stated that the order could not be canceled because it had been allocated. This explanation does not make sense to me, as the package has clearly not left their warehouse.I was further advised that, if I wanted a refund, I would have to wait for an investigation to be conducted and approved before any refund would be issued . I would only receive a refund if it was approved . This process is unreasonable given that the package has not even been shipped much less left their possession .

      Absolutely horrible. I placed an order online and mistakenly used the wrong card. I called within 10 minutes to cancel the order and was told it cannot be canceled but must be returned after I receive the order. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. They are willing to pay the return shipping instead of canceling an order that is not even being moved.

      They use a shipping company I have never heard of and that is incredibly negligent. They do not care once they have your money. Even if there is no movement on your items they will do nothing to check with the shipping company or provide a solution other than making you wait over a week to cancel or reship any items that will probably get caught in the same loop. I think the idea is to hope you forget over time and just don't bother. I will never order anything from them again. Get it in person or pick it up in store if you have do but avoid their website at all costs.
