      I placed an order on 11/12/2022, today is 11/24/2022 and Crocs representatives keep giving me only apologies for the delay due to a high demand. According to Crocs.com the orders are supposed to be shipped within 3 business days, but so far on their side: they can not give me any estimated date for shipping and on my side: I am not longer interested in their products.First of all, it is not my fault and they must assume their responsibility for its failure (selling products of an inexistent inventory) instead using their inexcusable excuses to refuse to cancel my order ***************** reps say it is a company policy that can not be changed: the order can be cancel only within 30 minutes after the purchase was made), they never say anything about the rights of the customer if the order can not be fulfilled as promised. Crocs forces the customer to wait all the time they need: days, weeks or months -ignoring the published policy of 3 business days to process an order-.I have read reviews from customers stating they have had to wait up to 4 months to get news about the order. Crocs business practice is so unfair because they can not comply about their promised time frame to ship the orders, at same time they force their customers to wait forever until they can ship the order. Also, I have to say that every time I contact **************** they send me discount coupons for 15%, 25% and up to 40% as a compensation. But I am not willing to accept them because I know that every new purchase will be a new nightmare that I dont want to repeat ever again.I need to cancel the order because simply I dont want to be dealing with Crocs anymore, also I will be returning to my hometown this weekend and I do not know what it will happen if someday that order is delivered. I will not have control over the situation. Why does Crocs make so complicated to cancel an order if they do not have in their inventory the shoes I order it?

      I was not expecting this huge company to have so many red flags. First of all I made a purchase at the outlet than I realized that online they had better deals than the outlet store did. So I decided to go ahead and buy the same products for a better deal online. Made my purchase on 11/11/2022 and so far I have not received an email saying it was shipped. Their website states that orders ships within 2- 4 business days. Is 11/21/2022 and I havent received any updates. Decided to go in their website to contact customer service. Their email goes directly to the charity department so they give you a phone number to call or text. Upon calling I receive a phone is disconnected message and I decide to text. Someone replies me right away and tells me I have no way to get my refund unless the package is lost. They told me they are working on updating the shipping delay information which it hasnt since Ive made my purchase. The company is misleading their customers about delays and not being upfront about it prior to consumers spending their money. Is just unacceptable and I might not have my product in time for my trip. It is a gift for my nephew. Glad I didnt return the ones from the outlet. Never buying anything from this company every again!!! I dont do business with companies that arent upfront about things like that

      These people are terrible! I submitted a complaint and a month later they still haven't bothered to answer. I see they are answering everyone's reviews though. Do not order from their website. It showed Crocs for $15. I bought several pairs and never received a confirmation or a notification that my order had been canceled. After several days and no email, I had to get on their site and login to see that the order was canceled. Not once did they contact me and apologize and they couldn't be bothered to respond to my BBB complaint. Do not order from them!

      My complaint was closed on November 2nd with no response from the company so please do not lie. There is no way you responded to it because it was labeled as closed with NO response from the company. You guys can't seem to get your act together.

      They blocked me on chat for no reason. I spent hundreds per month on their site and now I cant even chat with customer service? Then when I called the guy didnt even care that I was blocked. He said yea someone blocked you but I dont know who. Well, why still keep taking my money then? If Im blocked, then block me from shopping too. I should be able to access customer service. Ill never buy ******************** again and Im going to make sure everyone knows how horrible their customer service did

      How was this fixed internally? I was told that I was directly blocked by one of the staff . The person on the phone could care less. So what is the explanation? You dont have my direct info so how did you fix this for me if I was told that I was blocked not everyone just me

      Crocs held a sale for one hour for $15 crocs. I ordered a pair within the time frame. My card was charged. I got an email the next day saying it was a glitch and my order was cancelled. Their live chat ironically went down for 24 hours and I waited 26 minutes to talk with someone and then was disconnect. I then waited 40 minutes to chat with someone. He said it was a glitch and would not honor price even though he said there was a sale and I did order within the time frame. That is false advertising. Their inbox for customer service was full. If you are that big of a company with that big of a name, own your mistakes.also would give 0 stars if I could.

      I ordered a pair of Crocs and several charms. All the charms shipped after several days and the shoes were canceled. I have never had any company ever cancel part of my order out of the blue. What good are the charms without the shoes? First pair I have ever bought and probably my last. If I don't get the Crocs, I'm going to return everything.

      I placed an order online through the crocs website. A few pairs did not end up fitting so I returned them. They were received last week on 08/08/22 and I was told that I would be refunded my money back in **** business days. I called today 08/15/22 and was told they never started the refund process that it would be another ***** business days. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of communication between the departments. Not happy at all.
