      Placed an order on 6/15/24 for two pair of sandals. Received one pair on 6/19. Called immediately because I received an email that two pair were delivered. After being told it would take 10 days to process the order I told them to just refund for the other pair. The person claimed I would be refunded in 31 days. When I called to check on the refund because he said it took 10 days to process it **** at Crocs told me it was denied. She claimed she can resend the order **** I have never had such poor service.

      I ordered a pair of crush crocs a month ago and it is still in transit. They have sent it to a completely different province and tried to deliver it there because of my street name but my address clearly indicates that I live in ****** and there's a postal code. These shoes were for a vacation coming up and yet they will not be here in time. The customer service is abysmal and offer 0 solutions. I paid for expedited shipping too. Don't claim a 2-3 day shipping if you can't do that.

      Crocs had an ad in ******** for the Mens Realtree crocs for 49% off with the new cost being $30. I tried ordering 2 pair but they rang up at $59.99 each. I reached out to Crocs support and got the run around and the next day their ******** ad was changed to say $59.99. After reaching out multiple times asking for a manager to contact me, a support agent just kept trying to close the case. They finally offered me 20% off. They falsely advertised the price and now wont honor it. I have a picture of their ad showing $30 and 49% off and my order form for 2 pair that rang up as $59.99.

      Awful scam of a company! My package said that it was delivered but I didnt receive it, I tried contacting customer support but they told me to contact *** and file a claim, I tried filing a claim to *** but they said I couldnt and to contact Crocs! They are both just wasting my time and neither party wants to take responsibility! Do yourself a favour and dont buy from crocs, bad company and unhelpful customer service agents

      I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/29/2024. I got an email on 4/30 giving me a tracking number and a status. The status of my order has not changed as 5/14/2024. The company took my money for the order out of my bank account but I don't have the shoes or an answer to where they are or when they will be shipped. I can't cancel because thet say it has already been processed. Don't by from the online hey dudes!!!!

      With a household of six of us, I have purchased MANY pairs of Crocs over the years. I have had countless pairs break, and because they only warranty them for 90 days I have had no recourse but to buy new ones. This last time, the button that holds the strap onto the shoe cracked and broke. It would take pennies for the company to send me a new button so I could fix them. They refused. I know these are trendy now, but they just break way too much for how much they cost and I will know longer be buying them.

      I have placed an order on Apr. 23, 2024, for the Hello Kitty ***** Slides; a pair of shoes that costs about 80 plus tax and shipping. I had received my order on 04/29 and they came in pristine condition. My issue however, and although I COMPLETELY understand that once the shoes are in my possession, any damage occurred to them is in all of my responsibility, however, it was all a matter of pure circumstance, that as I was feeding my heavy weighted dogs out in my yard, one of them had stepped on my shoe, making one of the included big bow charms to pop off and with the way as how I didnt see that right away, it was about an hour later of looking all over my house for it, that I come to find it outside, completely chewed up and destroyed, making me so heartbroken and devastated. Its all no fault on Crocs, but I did what any normal consumer would do, and reached out to customer service to see what theyd be willing to do in matters of replacing the charm that Im even willing to pay for, but I was turned down, and was told that since this is a collaboration with ******/Hello Kitty, they arent able to assist with selling me another charm, nor was it something that is covered in their insurance policy. I think what devastates me the most is just knowing just how much I had to pay for these shoes, and still wont be given any assistance towards this extremely disheartening situation.

      I made a purchase of 2 crocs for my son they had me chasing them for 2 weeks through **** **************** was terrible. Today it say it was delivered through **** and its no where to be found. So I got robbed for 50$ cause they dont give credit for lost packages.

      I made a purchase online through croc. Received only 1/4 items 2/4 of the items were cancelled stating that they were out of stock after waiting on them to be mailed. The last item still shipping. I complained about my experience on ******* and they had my post removed to protect their image.

      I placed an order for the woody crocs on 3/5/2024 which were ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** it was delivered and when I said I never got it they gave me a tracking number for *** which said it was delivered and then ******* told me to check **** because it was transferred to them but the tracking number didnt work. They only offered a reshipment but at this point I feel scammed and dont want the product anymore. I have been in contact with them since 3/13/24 they ask a question and dont answer for days. I just want my money back. The customer service is horrible they should be closed down
