      Im disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication with my order processing. I placed an order on Nov 18th. My order is over 2 weeks old. ORDER NUMBER: 37704680CUS . I have no order update at all on processing or shipping. It is now Dec 6th. I have called and waited long waiting times. I have texted without a response. This experience is frustrating.

      Really poor communication and shopping experience from Crocs. After trying to text customer service (no answer), call customer service (they disconnected their line), and seeing online chat was disconnected, there is absolutely no way for them to help with any order. After looking online, it seems they have canceled several peoples orders from the past month with no explanation. Overall it looks like there has been a lack of materials planning for the holiday season as well as bad customer service management. Avoiding your problems will not solve it overall and in the end is just turning consumers against your brand with lack of communication and bad experiences. A submission of fault is still better than no answer at all.

      Like the other reviews no help from customer service. I ordered 11/22 2 weeks ago and nothing. No help just the same general "it's holiday season blah blah blah." I have a text saying if recieved by 12/3 than it should be here 12/25. Ok so i ordered 11/22 before that cut off date. Lies all lies they just recite a click script and send it out is all they do... I have 6 pair I am waiting on. They took their 185 from my account and waited so long it reversed the authorization. Now what "hope" that they get them out in time. No communication. If you use text, if you don't respond fast enough they just leave the conversation. And just to let you know.... NO a freaking coupon for your next order isn't sufficient for this chaos.

      Terrible terrible.l customer service! I ordered 2 pairs of ******************** on 11/24 for my babies birthday. Crocs has not updating any shipping information nor has not notified any consumers with information about a delay. **************** is no help. You either get a bot or a mindless rep who cant answer any of ur questions or reassure you that you will get your merchandise. If my crocs ship, this will be the last time I purchase from them. They post on every social media platform to promote new drops but cant fulfill the ones that have been ordered months ago. You also cant get a refund because the crocs havent shipped yet. This is fraudulent.

      This company is nonresponsive. I was on the phone for over 12 hours with no response. They do not respond to text messages and the same message repeats with never a live agent returning the call. That Chatbot always reads 99 ahead and then closes before you receive a response.My package was delivered to the wrong address and I have not been able to get a response. Awful service.

      They take your order and label it processing, which is where your order sits! They havent filled my order, but refuse to cancel my order and issue a refund.Their answer is to tell you that the shoes are on back order and if you dont want the shoes any longer, you have to wait until theyre eventually shipped, then send the shoes back (at your expense) in order to get a refund.It was posted when I ordered on the Crocs.com website that they ship in 3-5 business days, which I felt would ensure that the shoes would arrive before Christmas.Now, I wont have the gifts or the money theyve effectively stolen from me, until I eventually receive the now unwanted shoesminus the cost of shipping them back to the company!Im extremely unsatisfied with this companys online ordering/return/cancellation policies! They use a call center in *******, so its impossible to contact the actual company!Crocs are a CROCK

      I ordered crocs and some charms on Black Friday , and a week later I get a notification that my wasnt fulfilled. Everything is in stock but didnt send me my items. I have some other items I ordered but still havent heard anything , it just says its being prepared.

      I have placed a order with crocs.com with a special going on since the crocs were wanted for Christmas. I ordered them on Nov 22nd 2022. They had no problem taking my money. I have sent emails and asked on the chat when order was going to be shipped with no response. When I put order number in the website it still says processing order. Would be nice to know if they are actually shipping the. Since my.money was taking. Would like some answers if I'm going to get my order. I honestly should have read the reviews before placing a order through them. Can not believe a company so popular can get away with not communicating with customers but take their money and never ship the items

      Will I receive these for Christmas still not shipped yet. I was told that back on Dec 9th from that it would be shipped out in a few days. So now what very disappointed.

      This web store is a nightmare! The costumer service is always busy in all types and forms of contact. Waited more then ************************************************************************************************* I can't provide you with any time of delivery or processing time since we do not process on chronological order. Charge my card on time that's the only chronological time they do right. Not helping at all. Order was placed 10 days business ago and not a form of communication from the company about the delay or anything else.

      They charged me twice, resulting in my bank account being overdrawn. I called and asked about the duplicate charge, and they said the first charge should reverse in 3-7 business days, and were absolutely unwilling to provide any compensation for actually overdrawing my account. The worst part is my order hasn't even shipped yet. I was gonna let it go since it's the holidays but for them to charge me a second time 6 days later while I'm still waiting on my order to even be shipped has left a sour taste in my mouth.
