    My daughter has been going to a recreational tumbling class at Castle Rock school of Gymnastics since August 2022 and she went to class this past Wednesday, November 30th and hurt her knee during class. Her coach knew she was hurt and modified some exercises for her. Since that class she has been in a lot of pain and she will not be able to continue with the tumbling class. Castle Rock gymnastics took the tuition out of my bank account yesterday, December 1st for the month of December. I just called them on December 2nd letting them know that because of my daughters injury she will need to stop going and asked if they could refund the $135.00 they just took out yesterday for December! ****** stayed its their policy they need 2 weeks before in writing to drop a class and the only thing they can do is give a credit. I stated she just got an injury how could I give 2 weeks notice? She just kept saying its their policy! They just took the money out (automatic payment) yesterday! I want my money back! This is not fair or good customer service for a child that has gotten hurt!

    My complaint has been resolved. The owner called me and refunded my money.
