      I have had 4 email addresses with vume wireless / Speedconnect for 24 years. Recently they shut down the emails without notice causing me a lot of aggravation. The emails were ************************ ************************ *********************** and ************************ Initially the email provider was esedona and they sold to Speed connect which became a part of vumewireless. About two months ago all emails were shut down with no notice. The payments were on autopay. I tried to email them with no response and their phone was never picked up until theu took theor phone down. I sent them a check for four months of payments in the hopes they would restore the emails so I could recover some of my accounts. They cashed the check and never restored the accounts. I would like the accounts to be restored even if for a month so I can recover a number of accountss that are associated with those emails. Rgds, ***** **********

      We were with SpeedConnect for a long time. In November of 2023 we started getting late notices, even though we were on auto pay. We tried to call them, but couldn't get through. We emailed them, but they only said to mail the payment to **** at a P.O. Box. We didn't feel comfortable doing that because we didn't have a contract with **** and had never heard of them. They sent another bill, threatening to discontinue our service. They did, in fact cut off our service in December. Still unable to reach anyone and needing internet for the holidays, we were forced to get another service. Since then we have not used their service, we have continued to get monthly bills and late fees have been added. Our last bill was for $730. My estimate is that I owe for November only. Through the year we have continued to attempt to reach them. Today I tried the phone # on the latest bill, the phone # on an old bill and their email. All are "invalid". The bill states that you can pay your bill on the website. It too is "invalid". I just need closure on this so I can stop worrying about getting turned over to a collection agency.

      I get billed monthly for email service and have been unable to pay my bill through their payment portal, by email or phone. You can't access the payment portal, page can't be found, they didn't answer 13 emails sent to them and their phone seems to be disconnected. tried numerous times to get a hold of someone. seems they have gone out of business with no prior notice given.I'm worried as I only get email service through them and don't want that to go away or have them charge a late penalty if they ever come back online. I don't want to go through the trouble of having to switch to another email service if I can avoid it. Just want to know what is going on with this company but can't get a hold of anyone by any means. Luckily I'm not on autopay as others have described they keep charging their cards. Just want to pay my bill and keep my email service.

      I have been a long time customer of SpeedConnet and they were bought out by *************. We have had a few issues with internet and went to a new company, but kept our email service with ****. Now We cannot access their pay portal, emails have been sent several times with no response and the telephone number they provide shows to be disconnected. We do not have any of their equipment, but I have had the same email address for over 15 years and there are numerous accounts, medical, financial and work related that are associated with that email. I cannot make a payment and when I don't, they will either send me to collections or cancel my service. I have located close to 40 other complaints regarding the exact same issue and nothing seems to be getting done to correct the issue. The company needs to provide an up-to-date active pay portal, answer the support emails and provide a current, useable telephone number to be reached at. This could be construed as theft of service throughout the **, which I think would be a federal offense.

      I cant contact **** wireless for assistance. My internet service provider has gotten autopay payments every month. My service has not been working at all. The connection is great but the internet says its disconnected. I am not late on payments as it's autopay. I have tried to contact this company by email at ************************** the only posted email and by phone. The phone number is disconnected. I did not get any warning if they went out of business, would be shutting my internet off nor that the phone number is disconnected. I am unable to contact this business by any means. I'm still getting autopsy payments go through and no service. This is my last attempt at getting help.

      On August 15, 2024 we lost internet service, has been out ever since, we paid our bill always on time. No one will answer the phone or return email. I paid again on August 28th for the next month. Service as of September 6, 2024 I disconnected it and still have not gotten any call back, email or anything. I want to know where to send their modem and antenna to. I will not give them any more money. This is the second time this has happened. The very worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. My first complaint with BBB when they switched from Speed Connect to **** did nothing to resolve. So as a consumer of service, we are left un -protected from fraudulent businesses such as this who collect money, and do not provide a service. I contacted my state auditor who also did not return any information, nor was he helpful. This is the most bizarre thing I have ever had happen. I do not want it on my credit report. I just want to send back their c*** to them. Im paid up in full, they owe me 2 months of no *****************

      Initial internet was through a company called ************* and was then transferred to a company called **** without notifying their customers. We have been a customer for about 10 years. Starting around August 24th, we have had no internet connection. Attempted to call numerous times, and there is absolutely no way to speak with a representative. Emailed the company as well with no reply. No way to speak with a representative nor cancel our payment. No internet still since August 24th.

      We have had Speed connect which is now VuMe wireless internet service for more than 5 years. September 6, 2024 we were unable to connect to the internet. We did double checks on router reboots, cords, computer connection, phone reboots with no success. I tried to contact VuMe wireless at the listed phone number ************ many times and recording says "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again." I have made several attempts on line at the ************************** and on their web address for the App ********* and have not been able to reach ******* seems that they drop their service to customers and then are unreachable for the consumer to cancel their service which can only be done by phone or email of which they are completely unresponsive. I have been making many attempts over the past 2 weeks. After a customer stops payment because of no service, it is reported that they turn customers over to collections for non payment, yet there is no service and no way to cancel this service. This happened about 1 year ago in *********** and it appears the same thing is happening here. I am under no contract with them and I have my own router so they did not supply me with equipment. When we had a signal it came from a large tower about 2 miles away and that tower is still in place. We are currently without internet service because we live in a rural area. I always pay on time and we owe them nothing. I would like to cancel this service before they continue to bill us. I have reported this business to the ***, ***, and ***********'s office. I am not looking for any compensation at this point.

      They stopped providing service on 8/15/25. There was no communication from the company about resolution. On 8/28/24 I sent an email to cancel my service and also called their only phone number which only has voicemail. I attempted to remove my payment information from my account, but their website will no load. On 9/14/24 my credit card was charged ***** for another months payment, despite the fact that I requested my service to be cancelled and they have not been providing services since 8/15/24.
