    Contracted for $112K+ of landscaping work and have exhaustively tried to resolve shortfalls of DMX' obligations and commitments, goes back two years now since starting the process. Photos attached are just some examples of how they've left the project unfinished and my demands unanswered. ***************** and son ***************** refuse to answer the attached, and I'm filing this complaint before filing a civil suit in Douglas County court system if it remains unsatisfied. They cannot be trusted to follow through and resolve this matter, as that has not worked for over a year now. Additionally I do not ever want them stepping foot on our property any more. I am seeking reimbursement of roughly $11K or only 10% to resolve once and for all.

    Last date of contact was 9/25/23, whereby DMX once again (and for the umteenth time) stated they would take care of all of the outstanding issues, and yet again failed to follow up.  They have repeatedly lied similarly and have zero credibility.

    Contract with DMX states that they will replace any trees or plants that die in the first year. We lost two trees and one plant and they have not replaced any of them in over a year. Now they are not returning any phone calls.

    We contracted DMX to build a fence for our new home. My wife and I had sketched a drawing with dimensions for the fence that was approved from our ***. This drawing along with the *** rules was provided to DMX prior to the fence being built. DMX built the fence with larger dimensions than was approved. The *** is now requiring the fence be built per the approved drawing dimensions. DMX is refusing to rebuild the fence to specs. Our *** has given us a timeline to bring our fence into compliance, and because of the lack of response we are forced to hire another company to remedy the situation. The approved fence dimensions were communicated to DMX and confirmed through email as well before the fence was installed.
