This business uses an automated phone system whereby you never get a person to answer. No matter why you are calling (sales, warranty, shipping status, manufacture delivery, etc.), you must leave a message. After calling several times and leaving messages regarding buying a dining room set and not receiving a callback, I finally decided to research BBB.org. Now I understand why no one actually answers the phone. There are so many other businesses available that actually care about customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from this company. Just imagine the hassles and frustration if your call was regarding a warranty or delivery matter as opposed to a sales inquiry.

I'm sorry, no one here has any record of someone inquiring about dining rooms.  We do have a phone system that takes messages which we promptly respond to.

However I do empathize with the customer's frustration. We'll review the procedures with everyone regarding messages follow up.  Thanks foe the feedback.

I do not accept the company's response and believe the company was not truthful when responding "I'm sorry, no one here has any record of someone inquiring about dining rooms." With today's technology, cell phones, residential phones, and most certainly business phones all produce an outgoing and incoming phone log. Business phones/lines can log not only the detailed calling times, but they can also keep track and log where the calls went within the phone's menu system. The same phone systems will also log messages. Thus, the company does have the data to see all of the calls I made and messages I left. For the company to state otherwise, is not truthful. Does the company really expect me to believe they somehow had no record of all my calls and messages? What are the odds of that occurring? If the company cannot answer the phone or return phone messages left for a "before a sale" transaction, just imagine their response to an "after a sale" transaction call like a warranty inquiry.

We were quoted a price from a sales woman for a 3 piece coffee and end table set. When we showed up two days later to buy it the owner claimed that would have never happened and basically called me a liar without saying as much. Then I asked him to ask his sales woman who quoted us two days prior for the set and when she told the truth and said she quoted us that price for the set he instantly became furious and scoffed. Then said he wouldnt do that but would sell me the third piece for $100. So I took the deal while the owner threw a pity party for himself while cashing us out. I came back to pick up the next day checked in and got my receipt then when to pull my truck into the bay where they wanted to have me load it. While Im in the bed of the truck Im informed theres a crack on the third end table and they wont do anything to rectify it. Take it or leave it. I decided to leave it while the salesman tried his best to make me feel like an idiot for not wanting a table that was not cracked but separating between boards half way down the table. I finally had to ask the guy why he was still trying to argue with me about humidity when all I wanted was my money back. After that he stopped with the harassment and I got my refund and left. The owner was right there laughing at me and shaking his head like the rest of the world is the problem and not him even though he seems to have problems like this a lot in his storesmight be time for someone to take a long hard look in one of his many mirrors.

It is true that our salesperson misquoted the sale for the tables ***** was interested in (she said it was 3 pieces instead of 2). We were unable to sell the products at the mistaken price, but offered him the third table he wanted for $100 (a $249 table) to make up for the mistake. He agreed to the deal, but unfortunately (or fortunately for the sake of his satisfaction) one of the tables (these were all one-only tables) has already started to show the typical cracks that happen with rosewood tables in Colorado's dry climate. We told ***** that the crack was there, informed him that these cracks are typical for the product in our climate, and of course offered to refund his money if he was not okay with this (again, there were no other tables available). He became angry, insulting, and accused us of "not taking care of the furniture" and trying to sell him a bad product. Again, we revealed the issue to him and attempted to explain the nature of the product he was buying. ***** can use personal insults and accusations all he wants (pity party, making him feel a certain way, harassing him), but he acted like a spoiled child rather than a mature adult. To recap, he got 100% of his money back. We're sorry it didn't work out for him but glad that he didn't end up purchasing products he would have clearly been dissatisfied with.

You literally just reiterated my post and lied trying to act like I was the one throwing out insultswhen it was ************* from the start. I know you were sitting right there when I asked him to please stop trying to argue with me and just complete the refund. The yelp reviews on your business say it all. The fact that you seem to throw an insult into every one of your replies to any bad review response kinda says it all about your personality too bud. Good luck with your failing business

Im also confused how you think keeping your boxed furniture in a non climate controlled area without humidifying the place is proper care of wood that you already know is prone to crackingthose crack should happen over years with proper handling and care not in weeks or months.
