BBB files indicate a pattern of consumer complaints filed against this business. Consumers primarily report concerns around billing, service and customer service issues. Regarding billing issues, consumers allege that the business fails to pay their subcontractors and suppliers, which results in liens being placed on consumers’ homes. Further, consumers claim that they are billed for work not completed by the business.
