    Sorry,But ** really disappointed in your ********** location. My mother passed away in December and *** been consumed with getting her house ready for an estate sale and the sale of her house. Your rule to not back-fill along the walks and driveway once the forms have been removed is absurd. As-is the rule of not fixing the front yard that gets tore up by your skid steer. Theres gravel, broken concrete pieces of concrete all over my moms front yard. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have waited and kept looking for another concrete contractor. The local franchise did both work at my mothers and my house and my driveway already has cracks in it. And at my mothers, the, the stoop foundation is cracking and starting to break away. Plus, the finish work on the face step going into her front door is terrible. The guys smeared it on with his hand instead of using a trowel and then finishing it properly with a trowel and water. Overall, highly disappointed and when moms estate is settled, I promise you wont be happy with the many reviews Im going to do. Sorry, but your local franchise didnt do your company any favors. Ive got pictures all of which will be included in my review. I contact the local franchise once and Im done hearing the contract / party-line.

    Would have given him five stars as they made a beautiful patio. However, when they put the sealant on, they got it all over the house from end to end on the siding and would not return to clean it up. At 70 years old and with a backpack, my husband, nor I can **** down to clean this all . Too bad because the manager seemed responsible.

    Work by this enterprise that has been from January 2022 to now is with a new franchisee. I had work completed on 4/17/2023 and it was done excellently. They were timely in arriving and completing the work. The new driveway had a subtle slope that needed to be maintained. It turned out excellently. Very pleased. A neighbor that had worked in concrete also said that they did the job excellently.
