**** was my A/C tech from Home heating this year. He alerted me ahead of time to his arrival, was well within the service window provided, and introduced himself courteously right away. He verified what the visit would entail, had notes from last years extensive repairs and replacements that had to be done, and finished up the check by letting me know exactly what he evaluated and how everything looked. **** is yet another excellent addition to the ** team.

Easy to make an appointment with friendly staff. Technician Alek arrived as scheduled to perform yearly maintenance check. He put on booties to protect the carpet while he was inside the house. Had my annual AC review/tune-up. Tyler did an excellent job. Kept me informed about the status of the tune-up. He noted and showed me dust and grime buildup on the fan blades and I had that serviced as well.

I've been using Home Heating Services for over a year now. In January 2024, I was having trouble with my furnace heating my house. After unsuccessful attempts with another **** company, I turned to *** and they fixed the problem quickly. They have performed furnace and a/c checks and have kept my equipment in great shape. ******* and the rest of the staff are very professional. They answer their phones and are very easy to reach. I've used them for 25 years. Always great service, great customer **********************. Use them for routine Furnace maintenance (annually) and AC maintenance (every few years).
