This company did a wonerful Job with the work they had to do on our property and was reasonable in price and very knowledgeable. We were thankful that we called them for our work and they even came back to follow up on the work done . I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY ANYTIME AND THE TEAM THAT CAME OUT WAS AMAZING FOR THE PRESURE AND SITUATION THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH. I had Home Heating Service in to install a mini-split for me, as my A/C could not keep up with the August ******** sun streaming through my sliding glass doors. They were courteous and professional, did a great job putting it in, and cleaned up after themselves meticulously. I have used Home Heating Services for a number of projects and they are always very responsive and do a great job at a fair price, highly recommend them.Home Heating Service Inc

Home Heating Service was employed by the Village at **************, ********************This a senior living complex of approximately 80 residents. Home Heating Service arrived around 10:00 am on Monday, 8/19. Residents had been notified that the water would be turned off. At approximately 7:30 pm the plumbing team left with out notifying management that their was NO Water.It is Tuesday 10:00 am and residents are without water, leaving residents without water to flush toilets for 24 hours. Plumbing team arrived at 9:00 am today and have not supplied an updated.Plumbing team inability to contact management Monday night or this morning has created issues that could have been de-escalated with communication. I have to question your team's decision not to arrive before 9:00 am today (Tuesday). It appears 80 elderly people without water did not concern them. It does concern property management as being without water for 24 hours is a violation of the COLORADOS IMPLIED WARRANTY OF HABITABILITY LAW and El Paso Department of Health regulations.In summary: the entire building stinks like porta-pottys at an outdoor summer concert.Home Heating Service Inc

Hi *****,I understand your concerns and am sorry that this occurred. The work area had flooded before our work and unfortunately, after our initial repair, it was discovered that more leaks were present. Repairing those leaks required parts that were unavailable in the evening and due to the present leak, we could not restore water service that night without risking further damage and delays. We were in contact with the property manager throughout the situation. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to notify all tenants. We returned promptly the next morning when the required parts were available. After repairing the leak we restored water service that day. I understand it's an unfortunate situation and an inconvenience to you, we certainly didn't wish it to happen.Review fromKeith K

I was very impressed with Home Heating's sales and service team. The salesperson was very friendly and clearly understood his craft, recommending the best equipment for my house (hot water heater and furnace), but also willing to discuss alternate options. A friendly follow-up later and I was sold. The installation was scheduled the same week. The installation went off without a hitch and I haven't had any problems since. Having had bad experiences with other vendors in the past, I could not have been happier to have found and used Home Heating.Home Heating Service Inc

Was a long time customer, but never again.Besides selling me a lemon water heater in Aug 22, that needed to be re-lit every couple months, they came out and cleaned it in Jan 24 and told me that it was sent from the factory with the wrong burner. They said they would call when the part came in, but hearing nothing I called at the end of May and they magically had the part ready to go. So, they come install it.Unfortunately I was out of town and couldn't observe, but apparently they swapped the burner in the utility room without any proper protection against the soot storm that would follow. Not only is the carpet into/out of the furnace room trashed with soot, but the 15x20 utility room and EVERYTHING in it, including the top shelf in the furthest corner was/is covered in soot. I started cleaning 3 days ago and still working at it and will be for days to come.My daughter told me the tech emerged from the room looking like **** from **************** after a hard day at work!They offered to higher a cleaning crew and buy me some wipes, but that would be more hassle that not and wouldn't address the carpet or the things that have to be tossed.Also I'm supposed to believe the water heater is clean, when the room was left like a disaster?No, the plan is to let this water heater run until the first time it acts up and then I will replace it with a new one, and somebody else can do the install.Home Heating Service Inc

Good morning, *****. I understand and share your frustrations. We agree that more precautions should've been taken to prevent soot from escaping during the cleaning and replacement of the burner. We have addressed this with the team; hopefully, we won't have these issues again. I know we offered to hire or pay for cleaning for you and you did not want to go that route. Hello, Home Heating Service installed our entire system including cleaning the vents, new furnace and air conditioning. Their pricing was upfront and clear. The staff from sales to install was professional and polite. They also did an amazing job of clearing up after the installation. I can't recommend Home Heating highly enough. As a local, family business, we need to make the most of what is in our budget on a daily basis. Our property management provided us an invoice from another provider, but it was outside of our means. At this point, we reached out to Home Heating Service, and they were able to quote our HVAC needs at a more affordable rate. We were also up against our property management's deadline to get these HVAC repairs done, and the receptionist at Home Heating was very understanding, and was able to get us on their books. Truly a life saver for our business!**************, ******, exceeded our expectations. Prior to his arrival, he communicated his status and location, and arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough in explaining what he saw within our unit, walked us through the repairs, and even went as far as to clean our unit as well. Truly exceptional service. Home Heating Service is the only HVAC provider we will use moving forward as they understood our needs not only as business but as people of the community as well. Beware of this company's outrageous fees! They employ deceptive practices, hiding exorbitant charges. The unjustifiable pricing reveal their greed. We're sorry that your experience with our company was not up to your expectations. As a repeat customer who has utilized our *********************** in the past we are puzzled as to what transpired that would cause your reaction of dismissiveness and exploitation. After measuring the performance of your existing part and determining that it was out of the manufacturer specs, he offered to replace it which you declined. We understand that parts can be purchased by homeowners via many outlets and that the part can sometimes be safely and correctly installed by a homeowner. Our prices not only reflect the cost of a part but all the aspects of the service that goes into the installation of that part. Everything from the technician's labor costs to the customer ********************** reps that answer the phone, to the trucks that transport that part and the technician to your home and dozens and dozens of other overhead and business costs are accounted for in the price of that part and service. We would be happy to discuss this more if you wish and we would like to have better clarification as to what was discussed or not discussed to cause this review. We take accusations of price gouging and poor customer ********************** very seriously. Our 30 plus years of service to this community and a stellar reputation have been dependent on fair and consistent pricing and explementary customer ********************** from everyone in our company.Review fromDebbie R

At first, I was satisfied. The installers were courteous and had the new furnace and a/c installed in one day. However, when they installed the new thermostat, they had a problem pulling the wire through, due to stud issues, understandable. BUT, the previous hole for the old wires was about the size of a dime. When they had to move the new thermostat over about 6 inches, the hole had to be enlarged to about 2/12 inches, and is exposed. The techs did put some caulk in there but didn't fill it completely. When I asked them about that, they said they were not responsible for drywall repair, but he would call the sales guy, *********************** and have him call me. After the tech had to come back andcomplete the reginonal requests, he was asked about it again, and he again said he would call the salesman. Next day, *********************** did call, I explained to him the issue, and he said he would talk to his boss. WELL.......I'm still waiting for that phone call after 4 days!!!!! Just spent over $12,000 and they can't fix a hole in the wall......quite disappointed.Home Heating Service Inc
